Situated in the luxury resort of Vale do Lobo in the sunny Algarve. No. 130 is a charming townhouse in a quiet cul-de-sac in the cobbled, village area less than 500 metres from the beach and the Praca, where there are restaurants, bars, and shops. There are three twin bedded rooms, each with air-conditioning, two recently refurbished bathrooms, and comfortable living and dining areas with Satellite TV & DVD player, plus a well equipped kitchen. Outside there are two terraces for alfresco meals, and a roof terace with spectacular sea views. 
Membership of Barringtons Golf and Health Spa is included for all rental guests; Barringtons offers indoor and outdoor pools, gym and beauty spa facilities, and extensive golf practice areas. Discount golf is available through Barringtons. 
 
 
Accommodation  
 
Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with en-suite bathroom, twin beds and air conditioning, ground floor, accessed by a small lobby from living area. 
Bedroom 2 with twin beds and air conditioning, 1st floor. 
Bedroom 3 with twin beds and air conditioning, 1st floor.  
Bathrooms: Ensuite bathroom to Bedroom 1 with shower, wc. 
First floor bathroom with bath/shower over, wc.  
Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen with Oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc  
Utility Room: Washing machine.  
Living Rooms: Lounge with two sofas, satellite TV with BBC and ITV channels, DVD player. Steps to separate dining area with a round table for 6.  
Cleaning/towels/ 
linen/maid service: Maid service 5 days a week (Monday - Friday) is included, except on Portuguese public holidays, with linen and towels changed weekly.  
 
Notes on accommodation 
All three bedrooms are air conditioned. Please note that the ground floor is on two levels, with the kitchen and dining area on one level, and three steps leading up to the living room and bedroom 1 level.
