Jardins Do Golfe situated in attractive well maintained gardens on the edge of the Vale Do Lobo estate. A perfect location for golf, tennis and beach.Within a region steeped in tradition and history only 20mins from Faro airport. Part of a small exclusive condo, the apartment boasts beautiful views of the golf course, surrounding area and the sea beyond. It,s just 10mins from the immaculate Blue Flagged beach, flanked by yellow and red sandstone cliffs. Entertainment and excitment are never too far away with 2 tennis courts and swimming pool, this area is decked and there is a waterfall and steps leading to the childrens pool.Sun loungers are available free of charge. Poolside bar ( high season ) serving usual drinks and snacks. Moving away from the pool there is plenty of space to enjoy the gardens with shaded areas. There is a new restaurant opened on site serving traditional Portugese style Tapas amongst other things.Having had this apartment for the past 7yrs, we have had many enjoyable famil holidays here, both summer and winter and it's our opinion that we have pretty much everything here that you would need to help make your stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible, from the smallest thing like the lolly moulds for the children to the fluffy white dressing gowns! The condominium is gated a requires a key card to enter, therefore it is safe and secure. We are situated on the second floor, accessed by stairs, therefore we are unable to acomodate wheelchair users.

There is a large file in the apartment giving details of all activities and places to visit with contact numbers, maps etc. Vale Do Lobo beach is a 10min walk from the apartment, 3mins by car, a stunning blueflag beach with life guards and an abundance of sunbeds for hire.Just walk along the beach to find your perfect spot, restaurant or watersport. On the approach to the beach you will find Penguin childrens club, there is also the Rotunda swimming pool with views across the sea, (charge payable), also crazy golf. The tennis academy is not far away where legendary sportsmen such as Borg and MacEnroe have played, here you can arrange to have coaching or just book a court to play. Golf courses are too numerous to mention, most of them have the approval of our son a golf pro in Dubai! There is also Vale Formosa dunes to watch and enjoy the wildlife. Nothing is very much further than a 1/2hr drive from the apartment.

We have a cot and high chair if required by our guests. Outside we have a large balcony,one of only a few in this complex with sea views, accessed via patio doors from the living room and bedroom 1, with table and chairs, parasol and gas BBQ, we also have 2 wooden steamer chairs; a great place for that private bit of sunbathing or at night to just lie back and look up at a clear sky and count the stars, there is also the advantage of outside lighting. In July/August we offer our guests a service wash to the value of 50Euros (non-refundable). There is a price list in the apartment, pop your laundry in the bag provided and take it to reception, it should be returned to you within 24hrs.

A deposit of 50% of the full price is required at time of booking. The remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before arrival, a security bond of £200 will be added to final payment and will be refunded in full within 10days of return providing all keys have been returned and apartment left in good order. Cancellation policy is- up to 8wks no cancellation charge. 4-8wks-50% of rate refunded. 2-4wks-25% of rate refunded. Less than 2wks- no refund. Payment method-cheque. Contact us for prices on other periods of stay, i.e extra nights or longer lets in winter
