Vacation Rental Description
A spacious, stylish apartment recently been re-decorated in modern, tasteful tones. Two large bedrooms with built in wardrobes and both having access to their own newly updated bathroom. The separate kitchen is brand new. There is also reverse cycle air conditioning, 42' Flat screen plasma TV, satelitte UK TV, DVD player and CD/Stereo/MP3 player, satellite TV & PlayStation PS2 and games. There is an enormous, safe balcony 35sqm that is accessible from the both the lounge room and master bedroom. It has an extendable wooden outdoor dining table and chairs, sun lounger and hammock that over looking the flat top pine trees. We have also included some toys & games, colouring pencils & drawing paper also beach toys in the apartment so your children always have some thing to keep them occupied. We even include your beach towels! Please bring your favourite movies or CD's/ iPod which you can plug into the stereo, so you can relax listen to music and make the apartment just like your own home.
The apartment is located beside the prestigious 5 * Vale Do Lobo Resort only 20 mins drive from Faro airport. It is nestled against the 2nd hole of the Royal Course a short distance from the Main Entrance of Vale do Lobo. The gated secure complex is set in a hectare of beautiful, mature gardens with two private swimming pools and snack bar in summer. There are also facilities of tennis and mini golf. All facilities are for the benefit of guests at Jardin Do Golfe only.
It is only a short walk (150 ms) to the very well stocked local supermarket & Medical Centre. The Penguin Childrens Club, Vale do Lobo Beach, Royal and Ocean golf course Reception, Barringtons, and Tennis Academy and the Praca which is the nightlife/beach front area with lots of restaurants and shops are all within a 15 minute walk and in summer you do not necessarily have to rent a car as everything is within walking distance.
Local activities wind-surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, ski, golf, water skiing, mountain biking, paragliding, diving, surfing.
Facilities
Vale Do Lobo is a 5* resort that is only 20 minutes drive from Faro International Airport. Jardins Do Golfe private gated condominium with extensive gardens and reception service. It is a 2 minute walk to the supermarket/cafe/cash point & Medical Centre. Main reception for Golf Tee - 5 minutes from the apartment there are also many retail shops and health spa. Everthing is included for your luxury holiday. Lots of extras like stereo & CD's, DVD & movies, Playstation PS2 & games even books and magazines. The apartment has been completely renovated and new, all the bed linen, bath and beach towels are provided. During your stay if you have any problems or require assistance the SandyBlue offices are in the local area and we can assist you on your holiday.
Activities
Many tours are available in the region.Options include horse riding, reef/shark/conger fishing & family fun fishing, yachting/sailing shark and dolphin watching, 4 x 4 safari tours and visits to the Cultural Park. In the apartment is a folder with lots of leaflets for many tours that you can book direct & they arrange for you to be picked up & returned at the end of the day. The bus stop for about 25 destinations along the Algarve is near the supermarket (about 1 minute walk from the apartment). The Aqua Park & a Swim With Dolphin experience is a short drive from the Resort. There is also within the Resort a Gym & Health Club, Hair dresser, Sports and holistic massage at the Resort Spa, or if you prefer treatments of massage - reflexology - reiki can be taken in the apartment. In the apartment is a comprehensive information folder with lots of information about restaurants and things to do in the region for your use on your holiday.

Additional information about rental rates A securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost. Bookings for July/August require a 25% deposit only. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €200 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure. The quoted rates include a maid service & welcome basket, also arrival and preparation of the apartment also cleaning on departure. We provide all bed linen, bath and beach towels. Cancellation refunds: Up to 8 weeks – no charge except administration fee 4-8 weeks – 50% of rate refunded 2-4 weeks – 25% of rate refunded Less than 2 weeks – no refund

We didn't think that a relaxing holiday could be possible with our 17 month old twins, but Sandy Blue made it happen! The apartment at Vale do Lobo was simply perfect for us and very baby friendly. Donna and the other staff were responsive to all our needs and an absolute pleasure. Every recommendation they gave us was excellent. We can't recommend them enough, particulary for families."

Hi Donna,
Everything went very well, the apartment was great and we enjoyed Vale do Lobo a lot. My teenage daughter met with friends here and had a great time.
I am quite sure that we will return at some point and will definitely contact you again.
On a personal note, I just wanted to say to you that you have been absolutely amazing in every aspect of our booking. You responded to my every query in a very timely fashion (even outside office hours) and you were a saviour when it came to booking our rental car.
My only regret is that I didnt meet you face to face to thank you personnally. Be assured that I will have no hesitation to recommend you to any of my friends and familly.

Thank you so much for your incredible hospitality when we stayed with you in Vale de Lobo. The apartment was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean, and perfectly equipped for us, with everything we and our toddler could possibly need. Being able to travel without a ton of luggage was a huge bonus, and the warm welcome and ready assistance we received from you and your team made for an incredibly relaxing break. What is more, your understanding and flexibility during the volcano incident made what would have been an incredibly worrying and stressful experience (given the time pressure we were under, with our second baby due just a couple of weeks later!) really quite pleasant! We were so incredibly touched by the delivery of games following the realisation that we wouldn't get home as planned! Thank you so much for everything - we can't wait to come back!
We will indeed be in touch - probably next summer - to see if we can rent one of your villas, given our expanding brood!
