Quinta do Padeiro is a 200 year old villa which was once a Baker's farmhouse the villa has been sympathetically restored keeping the character of the property with many original features being retained. Quinta do Padeiro is a newly converted luxury farmhouse villa suitable for up to 12 people the villa is fully air conditioned with heated pool and secure fenced extensive landscaped gardens and best of all your own personal maid service.
The villa has 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, WIFI internet access, SKY TV programs, charcoal BBQ and extensive shady area hacienda style pergola pool side for alfresco dining.
The villa boasts over 5000 square metres of terraced and landscaped garden of various fruit trees and flowers, also lawned area with children's play zone with slides and toys and the pool has a safety screen to keep the little one’s from being too adventurous around the pool, or why not chill out in the hammock in the cactus garden?
Quinta Do Padeiro is a 200 year old villa which was once a Baker's farmhouse the villa has been sympathetically restored keeping the character of the property with many original features being retained.
In the living room there are arched room entrances through wide stone walls. The room is tastefully renovated with contemporary furnishings and seating area around an original 'Baker's oven' fire place and a further 3 comfortable sofas plenty of space for everyone to relax. There are steps up to a dining area with seating for 8 people; the dining area also has French patio doors leading out to the pool area. From the living room there are more french oak doors and windows opening onto a shaded low level terrace and pool area (with safety railings).
All the bedrooms benefit from overlooking the gardens or beautiful terraced areas ideal for sunbathing. There is a separate bedroom with ensuite wet room which is off the main terraced area and also a separate 1 bedroom garden cottage with a large walk in wet room and kitchenette.
Quinta do Padeiro has beautiful mosaic tiled en-suite bathrooms with walk in rainforest showers.
Cobbled entrance driveway with electric gates and courtyard. Complete with ADSL wireless Internet access and newly installed Sky TV & DVD/CD player. Lots of extras for a comfortable holiday.
In winter, under floor heating is charged at usage rate and Air-conditioning is an additional €60 week. - Meter readings are taken on arrival and departure.

We have tried to think of everything that you would need or want for a luxurious holiday. There are many extras that have been included in the villa - 50' plasma TV and additional 42' tv's Freeview satelite, stereo & CDs, DVD player, movies, lots of board games even books and magazines.
Bedrooms have their own full bathroom and access via french patio doors to the terraces. Breakfast in the morning can be taken on your balcony. Enjoy a freshly made coffee and take in the views. Forget about having to make a bed or tidy up - the maid will be in soon and take care of it all.
The kitchen is equipped with all the gadgets and gizmo's, and utensils you need to whip up a fantastic meal. There is a formal dining table in the open plan lounge and outside dining area.
The lounge room is very light and spacious with several sets of french patio doors accessing the garden, terrace and pool. There is a plasma TV and large, comfy sofas, squishy cushions and cuddly throws to snuggle under at night while relaxing with a hot chocolate.
The villa is also regularly restocked the little things like tea, coffee, toilet paper and general food items. You will find shampoo and hair care products, bath and toilet soap, first aid kit and even washing powder. As an added extra all the bed linen and bath towels are provided for you while on holiday.

Accommodation Luxuries: Internet access, DVD player, CD player, satellite, large plasma TV's, private outdoor pool, children's play area and orchard. High Chair (3), Baby Bath and Travel Cots (2) Child’s Bed suitable for up to 5 years –on request and an additional €60/week. Rooms: Bedrooms (5), ensuite bathrooms with toilet (5) Kitchen: Fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, full complement of utensils, crockery and cookware. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, iron and cleaning products. Other: Under floor heating, Reverse cycle air conditioning (heats and cools), oil heaters, hair dryers. Cleaning/ towels/ linen/ maid service: Maid service, bath towels supplied, bedding supplied. Outdoors: Balcony / terrace, private and securely fenced garden, charcoal BBQ, children's play area and orchard.
Activities
The local area has a huge variety of activities to interest the whole family. Options include horse riding, fishing, yachting/sailing, champagne cruises, shark & dolphin watching, 4x4 safari tours and cultural visits.
In Almancil there's a karting track if you need to burn off that adrenalin. There's also an Aqua Park (10 mins drive on the other side of Quarteira) and a Swim With Dolphins experience and Theme Park (30 mins drive on the motorway).
Within a couple of hundred metres walk in the local village of Vale d’Éguas you'll find a Mozambique restaurant and also a traditional Portuguese restaurant whose speciality is Lamb stew and homemade red wine!
Within easy reach of the villa are the beach restaurants Rosa do Campo and BJ’s Oceanside (Trafal and Almargem beaches)a short drive will bring you to the famous Vale do Lobo resort where there are several beachside restaurants and free night entertainment in the summer.

Car hire recommended to give you the flexibility to explore the local area. We can book car hire for you for either collection at the airport or delivery to the villa. Alternatively we can arrange a personal meet and greet service from/to the airport in a private car with child car seats provided for free. Choose from standard saloon, people carrier and mini bus transfers. Please email us for details. It costs approximately €35 from the airport to Quinta do Padeiro in a public taxi, child car seats are not provided in public taxis.

All rental periods include maid service. Pool heating is available and costs an additional €200 per week. If you are looking for a late deal please email to see how much you can save on the published price. Short stay long weekends available. Changeover days are Thursday, Friday and Saturdays. It is necessary to vacant the villa by 10am on the day of departure in the high season. Access to the villa is after 3pm on day of arrival unless previous arrangements have been made. For low and mid-season rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost. For high and peak season rentals the deposit required is 25%. All deposits are non-refundable. All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €300 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition
