Apartment is suitable for up to 5 adults or adults/children. High chair, baby cot, baby buggy and foldaway bed available at no extra cost. Ground floor, large balcony with mature plants, outdoor table and chairs and gas bbq.

Outside
Jardins do Golfe is nestled beside the 2nd hole of the Royal Course, a short distance from the main entrance of Vale do Lobo. The Jardins do Golfe complex is set in a hectare of beautiful, mature and well tended gardens. There is a large pool with sun terrace and free sunloungers and an additional children’s pool with waterfall. There is a poolside snack bar during summer with satellite TV screening football and other sports.

The walk to the beach takes less than 15 minutes along a private road, then alongside the Royal Golf Course pathway. It is an easy stroll, suitable for all ages and buggys. Newly opened is Paixa restaurant / wine bar (very popular with the glitterati!) that boasts a fabulous selection of wine displayed in glass wine cellar. In winter there is an open log fire.

There are also 3 new synthetic all weather tennis courts and a practice court in Jardins do Golfe – tennis instructors are available on-site all year round. Guests are Jardins Do Golfe have preferential prices for tennis lessons and court hire.

It is only a 2 minute walk from the complex to the local supermarket, cash machine and medical centre. A 10 minute walk to the post office, newsagent, bank, hair dresser, spa, cafes etc. in Parque Do Golfe.

Coast/Beach
Vale do Lobo beach is an easy 15 minute stroll through the resort. It is a safe, clean, 'blue flag' beach for families. The entire beach coastal area near Vale do Lobo has wide sandy beaches that you can walk along for many miles. At all ‘concession’ beaches there are sun loungers are for hire. Golf
Golfing weekends can be arranged. There is plenty of storage space for your golf clubs in the apartment - they don't need to share the sofa with you! Please contact us to check availability for the short stay/weekend holiday dates you are interested in. We can assist with competitive golf prices and bookings.

Travel
It is not necessary to have a car but I would recommend car hire in winter to give you the flexibility to explore the Algarve. We can provide information about car hire companies.

Alternatively we can arrange a personal meet and greet service from/to the airport in a private car with child car seats provided for free. Choose from standard saloon, people carrier and mini bus transfers. Please email us for details.

A public taxi from the airport costs approximately €25 to Jardins do Golfe. Note: Public taxi's do not provide child seats.

Supermarkets
Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago both have Ali mini-supermarkets. Almancil (5 minutes drive) has Apolonia Supermarket with an excellent continental selection of foods and wine (they accept all major credit cards). Next door is Aldi (cash only or Portuguese registered multi banco cards). In Faro (15 minutes drive) there is a large shopping centre with Jumbo and Pingo Doce supermarkets. Just up the hill in Loule there are several supermarkets including Continente, Modelo, Pingu Doce and Lidl.

Sightseeing
Most sightseeing tours offer a pickup/dropoff bus service from Vale do Lobo. The Algarve offers numerous attractions from adrenalin packed adventure to more leisurely pursuits. You name it, we have it!

In the apartment is a well stocked folder with details of all the attractions so you can read at leisure.

A securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €200 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition. Sorry but this property is not available for groups of young adults.

Cancellation refunds:
Up to 8 weeks - no loss except administration charge.
4-8 weeks - 50% of rate refunded.
2-4 weeks - 25% of rate refunded.
Less than 2 weeks - no refund.
