Vacation Rental Description
This lovely villa is situated on the side of the hill that looks right down to the beach. It is neither overlooked nor does it overlook any other residence. Loule and Sao Bras are close by for restaurants, shops and supermarkets and lots of colourful local markets. The villa is on two levels and has the main lounge, dining room and kitchen plus 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the top level with a covered veranda, BBQ and sun terrace. Down the step to the bottom level is where the other 2 bedrooms and bathroom plus the swimming pool and games room. The private tennis court is a few steps away. There is a small shop within 10 minutes walk that has a cafe beside it. It also has the newspapers of the same day! It is a short trip to Loule with its busy streets and shops and large indoor produce market. Our local representative is only 2 minutes away should you require her presence or her local knowledge and she will check that you are all having a good time. The maid and the pool person are also available.
The Games room. This room has a full size table tennis table and bats and balls are there for your use.
The tennis Court. This is situated along side the villa and raquets are there for your use.
The pool. This is on the lower level alongside the games room and the lower 2 bedrooms and bathroom.

    We have two ways of charging. As the villa is in two sections i.e. 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the top level and 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the lower level we charge more if the clients are using both levels. The price charged is made after knowing how many eople are going to be arriving at the villa. Weare very flexible with out charges. Once we have ascertained this the holiday will be quoted for and then the forms sent out. Once we have the 20% deposit then the holiday is fully booked. The deposit is non-refundable.
