Carpeted stairs to first floor with one twin bedroom, fitted wardrobes and ensuite bathroom and one double bedroom also with ensuite bathroom and patio doors to terrace with views over the lake and sea.
Upstairs terrace with garden furniture and spectacular views over lake and sea. Outside area with portable gas BBQ, built in seating area, large kidney shaped communual pool. Airconditioned (supplement payable during low season). Maid service included 3 times per week.
Close to all aminities including horse riding, tennis, water sports, shops, bars and restaurants.
Approx 25 minutes drive from Faro Airport.

Good rates provided to all courses. Please enquire. Great location for golf. Courses only 2 minutes drive from the courses at Quinta Do Lago and the 2 courses at Vale Do Lobo. A further 10 courses are all within 15 minutes drive, especially the Championship course at Vilamoura.
Villa located between in Quinta Do Lago. Vale do Lobo only 5 minute drive away. The nearest town is Almancil which is 5 minutes drive away and in the same area there are lots of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and attractions.
Faro Airport is a 20 minute drive from the villa.
