The villa has an impressive entrance that takes you into the well equipped kitchen, double doors take you through to the large dining and living area, both areas are air conditioned and have patio doors leading outside to the large terrace, gardens and swimming pool area. The living room has a plasma screen mounted on the wall for all to see.

Along the corridor you will find three air conditioned bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, two of the bedrooms have patio doors leading to the swimming pool area. The double also has an en suite full bathroom. The two other bedrooms share the main downstairs bathroom.

Upstairs there are a further 3 air conditioned bedrooms, two doubles and a single bedroom, all have their own private balcony overlooking the swimming pool and beautiful gardens. The master bedroom has its own en suite with full bathroom and the further 2 bedrooms share the main upstairs bathroom.

Outside you will find a built in BBQ near to the kitchen door, a large patio area with sun beds and patio furniture that surround the swimming pool and there is section of the garden that is grassed and areas which have had flowers planted, making this a perfect villa for large families or groups.
