Built in 2002 this relatively new villa has been beautifully decorated and furnished. Each Double Bedroom has its own colour scheme with co-ordinating soft furnishings and all the Bathrooms are a pleasure to enjoy. The Villa architecture is very attractive with an impressive Entrance Hall. The Modern Kitchen is very well equipped with two enormous Fridge Freezers and a built in cooker. The sitting room is beautifully furnished with a soft Leather Sofas - a lovely Dining Suite and a wood burning stove. 'Villa Grande' is positioned on more than 70,000 sq ft of Beautifull Landscaped Gardens - close to the Village of Porches and Armação de Pêra's good Restaurants, Bars and a Long Sandy Beach. It is also a short drive from the lively resort of Praia do Carvoeiro.
