BEDROOMS: Both bedrooms have 2 high quality single beds which can be made into doubles if required; solid wood bedside cabinets. Ample fitted wardrobes with integral chest of drawers provide plenty of hanging and storage space for clothes, etc. A secure safe is also fitted into the wardrobe in the main bedroom. 
 
BATHROOMS: 2 full luxury bathrooms (one of which is en suite) both contain bath, shower, wc, bidet, sink with quality built-in cabinet underneath and vanity mirror/light over. Both bathrooms benefit from quality floor-to-ceiling and floor tiling throughout. 
 
KITCHEN: The large designer kitchen is fitted with granite worksurfaces and contains all new stainless steel appliances and fittings (fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, washer/dryer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster). Full set of cookware, cutlery, crockery provided. 
 
LIVING ROOMS: Large open plan lounge/diner furnished with solid oak. 
LOUNGE: comfortable 3 + 2 seater leather settes and pouffe, high quality rug, coffee table, TV unit with flat screen TV, DVD, Hi-Fi. Satellite TV connection. 
DINING ROOM: large table/6 quality leather high-backed chairs. 
 
OTHER: Poolside loungers are available. All linen and towels are provided including additional towels for beach/pool area. Cleaning/laundry is done on a weekly basis. Additional cleaning/maid service is available if required (prices on request).

Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days awaiting written confirmation and deposit. A £200 breakage bond is required with final payment; a return cheque will be posted within 48 hours of departure provided no damage has occurred. Long winter lets are negotiable at substantially reduced rates; please e-mail to request prices. Changeover day is flexible. Arrivals generally after 4pm 9although may be as early as 2pm); departures by 10am.
