Spacious luxury air conditioned apartment on the first floor of a two storey complex. The apartment is luxuriously finished with granite worktops, marble tiling on the floors and luxury kitchen and bathroom. The contemporary furnishings were installed by a local interior design company offering our guests a high standard of comfort and a touch of luxury.
The apartment has a spacious double bedroom with a large built in wardrobe and twin beds that connect to make a double of required. There is also a very comfortable sofa bed in the lounge which sleeps two. A further built in wardrobe in the hall is ideal for extra storage.
The modern kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with integrated washer/dryer,dishwasher,fridge freezer and microwave. There is also a wide variety of kitchen gadgets and utensils to cater for a the whole family.
The lounge area is spacious and modern with plasma screen TV and DVD. You can choose to dine al fresco on the terrace and enjoy the stunning sea views or at the modern dining table in the lounge.
The spacious outdoor area has two swimming pools,a children's pool and tennis court. There is also ample parking located at the side of the apartments.
All linen including towels are provided and a cleaning service will be provided weekly. A daily maid service could be provided on request.

Porches is a beautiful fishing town which has successfully retained all the charm and culture that the Algarve has to offer. Our apartment is air conditioned and comfortably sleeps four people. The contemporary furnishings were installed by a local interior design company offering our guests a high standard of comfort. There are uninterupted sea views from the two terraces which are perfect for al fresco dining. You can just chill and enjoy the sunshine by the pool or take a short stroll to one of the 2 superb blue flag beaches. Alternatively you can burn of some energy on the tennis court or enjoy a game of golf on one of the many golf courses on the Algarve. Also just a short stroll away are several good resturaunts, a supermarket and a few local shops.
Porches is a fabulous location if you just want to chill out but the lively resort of Armarco de Pera is within walking distance if you fancy something different.
