For shorter stays contact the owner. Discount on repeat bookings, dependent upon dates. For long lets contact owner.
25% deposit on booking, balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days awaiting written confirmation and deposit. A £200 breakages deposit will be also be required with final payment, this will be fully refunded if there are no breakages. Change over days flexible.
