Minutes from the A22 motorway and the N125 the main road running the length of the Algarve, both offering ease of access to the whole of the Algarve’s many attractions including golf courses, beaches, places of historic interest, shopping, water parks, etc

The apartment has been built and furnished to a very high standard throughout. Built on two levels, this small exclusive development benefits from three swimming pools, one a children’s pool and tennis court. Bars, restaurants, beaches, shops, supermarkets, are with in a few minutes walking distance. This is an ideal safe holiday location for small families, couples and golfers alike. It is kindly requested that guests do not smoke in the apartment.

BATHROOM - Contemporary luxury bathroom, bath with shower over, WC, bidet, vanity unit with hand basin inset, and mirror with lights/shaver point.

KITCHEN - Luxury designer kitchen Stainless steel appliances Microwave, washer/dryer, dish washer, large fridge freezer, granite work tops, pans, cutlery/crockery. etc

LIVING ROOM - Large open plan lounge/dinning room, table and 4 chairs, flat screen TV, DVD player, free to view Satellite, 2 double settees one of which converts to a sprung double bed, storage unit, mirror and coffee table, air conditioning, patio doors leading to a large balcony with stunning ocean; pool and countryside views. Complete with table chairs and parasol.

HALLWAY - Large built in cupboard / wardrobe. Particularly useful when four people are sharing the apartment.

OTHERS - All linen and towels are provided including tea towels and 4 beach towels. The apartment is cleaned on a weekly basis. Additional maid service on request at additional cost. Cot, pushchairs and high chairs can also be provided at an additional cost. 2 cushioned poolside sun loungers are available for guest’s use.

FURTHER DETAILS - Two supermarkets, several shops, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance, A regular bus service runs to Albufeira and Portamao. A welcome pack can be provided on request to meet guest’s requirements. This is a brand new apartment and we will endeavor to ensure your holiday here is special, as repeat bookings and recommendations are our aim.

BEACHES - A four minute stroll takes you to arguably the Algarve’s two most beautiful beaches. Firstly, Praia Nossa Senhora de Rocha, with full amenities and secondly, Praia Nova, a quiet peaceful beach. Both are overlooked by the historic Senhora da Rocha chapel perched on the cliff tops, where there are panoramic views. Other numerous, easily accessible beaches along the coastline. Several water theme parks are also close by.

Booking Notes - The preferred change over day is Saturday although we will try to be flexible where ever possible. A 25% deposit on booking, the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure. Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days while awaiting written confirmation and deposit. A £100 breakage bond is required with final payment. This will be returned with in 48 hours after departure providing no damage has occurred.
