The villa and gardens have undergone extensive renovations with holidaymakers in mind and can accommodate 4 - 6 people comfortably between the 2 or 3 bedrooms. An extra bed or cot can be added to the second bedroom. Master and 2nd bedrooms have twin beds and air conditioning and the 3rd bedroom with double bed has a ceiling fan. All bedrooms are light and airy with cotton duvets and plump pillows. Master bedroom has ensuite and the family bathroom has walk-in shower, bath, WC and basin. Light and airy open plan lounge and dining area, leading to the newly installed kitchen with electric hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and water filter. Lounge has UK satellite TV, DVD player with DVDs and HiFi. Outside there is a covered verandah with BBQ used for al fresco eating and relaxing and then down steps to the solar heated kidney shaped swimming pool with an overall depth of 1.2m. There are sunbeds and parasols for sunbathing around the pool and beside it a grassed area with fruit trees where one can sunbathe under dappled shade. Table tennis is available under cover in the garden also. A car is essential and there is ample parking beside the kitchen door.

With no neighbours immediately adjacent this villa provides the perfect venue for a family holiday or relaxation.
