The villa and gardens have undergone extensive renovations with holidaymakers in mind and can accommodate 4 - 6 people comfortably between the 2 or 3 bedrooms. Master and 2nd bedrooms have twin beds and air conditioning and the 3rd bedroom with double bed has a ceiling fan. All bedrooms are light and airy with duvets and cotton covers plus plump pillows. Master bedroom has ensuite with bath/shower, basin, and WC, the second bedroom has ensuite with walk in shower, basin and WC. The family bathroom has walk-in shower, bath, WC and basin. Solar heated hot water supplies all bathrooms and kitchen. Light and airy open plan lounge and dining area leading to the newly installed kitchen with electric hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer and water filter. Lounge has 3 piece suite, UK satellite TV, DVD player and HiFi. Outside there is a covered verandah with BBQ used for al fresco eating and relaxing and then down steps to the solar heated kidney shaped swimming pool with an overall depth of 1.2m. There are sunbeds and parasols for sunbathing around the pool and beside it a grassed area with fruit trees where one can sunbathe under dappled shade. Table tennis is available under cover in the garden also. A car is essential and there is ample parking beside the kitchen door.

With no neighbours immediately adjacent this villa provides the perfect venue for a family holiday or to de-stress and relax after all the pressures of modern living.

Fresh seasonal salad and vegetables supplied by the owners from their vegetable garden. Gardening, pool maintenance and cleaning are done by owners who live on site but are totally separate from the villa. The pool and gardens are for the use of the villa guests only.

Villa is available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on day of departure. Weekly maid service when bed linen and bath towels are changed. On arrival a welcome pack with the necessary ingredients for your first snack plus the normal larder items which means guests do not have to buy them.
