Prices are for the exclusive use of the property per week. 25% payable on booking and the balance payable 4 weeks prior to arrival. 10% discount on booking if paid in full at the time of booking and booking is more than one month from date of arrival. Heating for swimming pool an optional extra at £150 a week but this should not be necessary in summer months.
