Vacation Rental Description
The Lemon Cottage is one of the newer apartment cottages at the Quintassential, a light and airy one bedroom cottage with a large bedroom that has a double bed, 21-inch TV with DVD player, video player (small selection of videos available)digital security safe & patio doors leading on to the sun terrace. The bedroom is large enough to also accommodate a child's single chair bed or cot too. The bathroom has a new bathroom with shower, washbasin with vanity units under, WC, bidet and shaver point. The spacious lounge/diner is decorated tastefully and has a large comfy leather sofa, Satellite TV (free to view channels), 32-in LCD TV, DVD player (guests to bring own DVD’s), radio/CD player (guests to bring own CDs), puzzles, chess set, playing cards, Domino set and patio doors leading onto a private terrace with tables and chairs, brick Bar-B-Q’s and reclining chairs. The Lemon Cottage has the added benefit of it’s own lemon tree on the terrace to give you added natural shade.
The modern kitchenette comprise of fridge with freezer compartment, combi microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, mini electric oven and electric hob.
The Lemon Cottage sleep a maximum of 2 adults and 1 small child, and this cottage has the added benefit of gas central heating for the cooler winter months. This is already included in the price. Allocated heating times provided at the time of enquiry.
Outside
The Quintassential is blessed with panoramic seaviews and spectacular countryside views, just what you need for a tranquil and relaxing holiday. The gardens at Quintassential are marvellous with many bushes, plants and fruit trees, along with quiet areas to relax and absorb the views.
The Quintassential has a large heated pool area, the pool measures 10 x 5 m and sun loungers, parasols etc are provided for the use of the guests. The Quintassential now also boasts at the pool area its own outside hot tub/Jacuzzi for guest use. The pool is heated during the cooler months from 1st October until 30th April and there is no additional charge for heating the pool.
There is also a children’s play area with swings, slide, see-saw all amidst an orange grove. There is also a games area with a professional size table tennis table, table football, snooker/pool table and a 12ft trampoline with a saftey enclosure.
Extras
On arrival the owners will meet you and awaiting your arrival will be a welcome hamper in your accommodation compliments of the house for guests staying a week or longer. For all the adult guests, bathrobes are provided for use during their stay, pool towels are provided to use only at the Quintassential and the apartment cottages have hairdryers, irons and ironing boards. Guests will need to bring their own beach towels.
The Quintassential Cottages are non-smoking cottages and car hire is essential.
Prices from 1st November until 31st March include heating.
All Inclusive Winter Special - 1 weeks accommodation for two, heating, pool heating, welcome hamper & a group B hire car - £395.00 GBP. Minimum stay 7 nights. Valid from 1st November until 31st March 2012.
