Casa Micaela is tucked away in a tranquil location at the end of a long country lane four kilometres from Armação de Pera and two kilometres from the villages of Alcantarilha.
Its a perfect villa if you want to get away from it all but yet close enough to drive down into the town of Armação de Pera for good restaurants, bars and the beautiful beach.
The first floor consists of a fully fitted kitchen, separate dining area, living room, downstairs double bedroom and shower room.
Upstairs you have 2 more attractive bedrooms, one is a double bedroom with en suite full bathroom and the other twin bedroom with the use of the main shower room.
This villa has its own gated entrance with grounds that surround the house, several parking spaces, a beautiful swimming pool surrounded by a terrace and garden furniture, barbecue and even a wood oven!
