It boasts an open plan lounge with a fireplace, with patio doors leading to the attractive covered terrace and pool area that has wonderful views and where al fresco eating could be enjoyed. The four double bedrooms are spacious have ample wardrobe space, the master is en-suite and two have direct access to the covered terrace. The large private swimming pool is the centre piece of the large garden that has many sub tropical trees and shrubs including oleanders, bougainvilleas, apricot, fig and palms. From there the magnificent views across the surrounding landscape to the sea can be enjoyed.

The villa is located within a two-minute drive to the long sandy beach at the popular resort of Armacao de Pera where supermarkets, banks and other facilities can be found.
