This luxury apartment is a great choice for those wishing either to enjoy a short summer holiday or a long winter break. 
 
Located in the centre of the Algarve, Pestana Porches Praia is an exclusive 4 star resort situated on a headland overlooking the crystal clear waters of the ocean and just a short walk to the secluded beach at Senhora da Rocha. To the east is the town of Armacao de Pera with its miles of golden sandy beaches and to the west are numerous coves which punctuate the picturesque coastline 
 
Set in its own sub tropical landscaped grounds with swimming pool and bar area, the south facing, air conditioned 1 bedroom apartment (sleeps 4), offers a spacious living/dining room with a very comfortable sofa bed, additional 3 seater leather settee, TV, DVD, stereo player and direct access to its private outdoor terrace and garden area. For your pleasure, there is an interesting selection of books, dvds and cds. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for all your home comforts with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, hob, oven and microwave. There is a generous size bedroom with ample storage; this also has access to the outside terrace. The property has 2 attractive bathrooms, one has a bath with shower, whilst the other has a shower cubicle. The terrace, with its garden furniture, is ideal for outdoor living as its south facing aspect maximizes the sunshine during the day and also takes advantage of the wonderful sunsets. 
 
Within a 20 minute drive of the resort there are 5 golf courses, 2 waterparks, 2 theme parks, 2 horse riding centres and a nature reserve, which is home to many species of birds. If all the sun, sand and leisure activities have not been fulfilling during your stay, then retail therapy can be obtained at Algarve Shopping with its variety of highstreet outlets. 
 
Arrangements can be made for car hire or airport transfer. However, car hire is not essential as there is a bus stop within yards of the apartment.  
 
The owners live just 5 minutes away and are always available to meet guests on arrival and to give advice where necessary, so as to ensure that your stay is as pleasurable as possible. 
 
With the Algarve enjoying 300 sunny days a year, your holiday at this apartment is sure to be a memorable experience.

    • Outside Small lawned area in front of the patio gives a private feel to the terrace area which is supplied with patio furniture. The swimming pools are only a few seconds walk away and provide splendid sea views while you relax supping your favourite tipple. The nearest beach is just a minutes walk from the apartment. Coast/Beach The local beaches are within a short walk of the apartment, but if you explore by car you are spoilt for choice of long sandy beaches to the east and small secluded coves to the west. Nearby There are no less than 5 superb golf courses within a 10 minute drive. There are 2 water parks (May to October) within a 5 minute drive. Zoomarine, an extremely popular day out with adults and children alike, is open all year round.

    A 30% deposit is required within one week of a confirmed booking and the 70% balance is required no later than 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. In the case of a late booking then the full amount is payable on confirmation of the booking. Payment can be made either by a credit card.
