Vacation Rental Description
Our 4th floor Apartment is located in the Quinta dos Arcos part of Armação de Pêra, it is a new build that is furnished to an exceptionally high standard. It comfortably Sleeps 4/6 people, there are 2 bedrooms both with 2 single beds and both rooms have air conditioning. The master bedroom has in in built wardrobe which has a safe fitted for you extra security.
There is a large, luxurious living room (again with Aircon) with a sofa bed (double), The patio doors open onto the balcony which has a purpose buit BBQ, there is also patio furniture so you can sit out and enjoy the lovely evenings.
A communal swimming pool is located on the roof of the apartment and the sea, bars and local restaurants and miles of golden sandy beach are just a short walk away.
There is also an underground garage area for use with the apartment.
For those that play golf, they will be spoilt for choice with over 20 courses available locally.
Armacao de Pera has plenty of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. It is a popular place for holidays all year round, even for the Portuguese.
Activities in and around the area include walking, golf, tennis, fishing, shopping at Algarve Shopping centre in Guia, horse-riding, snorkeling & diving, sailing, surfing - board, wind and kite, jet-skiing and relaxing on one of the many golden beaches. The Algarve is famous for its wonderful sandy beaches. Armação de Péra has the longest beach in the Algarve with over three kilometres of long sandy beach and small rocky coves. Praia Grande is a very special place, this long sandy beach is a conservation area and is renowned for its sand dunes that become a carpet of colour in spring with over a 100 species of wild plants.
Facilities
The entrance to the building is wheelchair friendly having a slope leading to the lifts which is big enough for a wheelchair too. The apartment is located on the fourth floor (opposite the lift) The apartment is only 400m from the beach so you can walk to the beach in less than 10 mins. The beach at Armação de Pera not only claims to be the longest on the Algarve, its probably the best being one of the cleanest and least crowded beaches in the region. The apartment is approx 40km from Faro Airport which is around 30 mins by car. Many budget & Charter Airlines fly into Faro including; Easyjet, Monarch, BA & Aer Lingus. If you want to hire a car, there are links to some rental sitess from our website: www.algarveholidayapartment.com All linen and towels are provided (sorry, not beach towels), Maid service and cleaning is done once per week but can be done more often at extra expense. Meet and greet is also available on request.
Activities
We are ideally placed to give access to over 20 of the finest golf courses on the Algarve, the following are within 1/2 hour: Parque da Floresta, Palmares, Boa Vista, Penina, Morgado, Alto Golf, Vale da Pinta, Quinta do Gramacho, Vale de Llho, Salgados, Balaia Golf Village, Vilamoura Old Course, Vilamoura Pinhal, Vilamoura Laguna, Vilamoura Millennium, Vila Sol, Vale do Lobo Ocean, Vale do Lobo Royal, Quinta do Lago South, Quinta do Lago North, Pinheiros Altos, San Lorenzo.
If you are in to water sports or Diving including obtaining your PADI accreditation, these can all be arranged locally.
Activities in and around Armação de Pera include; Krazy World at Algoz: A family day out with plenty to do. It's a small zoo and also has Krazy golf, a playground area, animal petting farm, pony rides for the younger ones and a pool to relax by.
Aqualand (The Big One): Water park near Alcantarilha.

A deposit of 25% or £100 (€115), whichever is greater secures your booking. Balance to be paid within 6 weeks of arrival. Refundable damage deposit of £150 (€175) is also to be paid 6 weeks prior. The deposit will be refunded 1 week after departure subject to nil damage. Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds. (We are happy to take payment in £ or €, please contact us for a price.) A 2nd week discount of 10% between May & September. A 2nd week discount of 20% between October & April. Discounts also available for Periods between 1 & 2 weeks (i,e. 10 days) or for periods over 2 weeks. Short stays are also welcome and will be charged on a pro rata basis. Long term Winters lets also available.

We enjoyed a lot of your magnificent apartment in Armação de Péra, our stay was very satisfactory and we recommend the apartment to our friends, family and colleagues.
We were able to snorkel in the area of 'Praia de Rocha' with a guide from 'Delphinus Divers' which is in my opinion the best school in Armação, for a price of only 30 Euros including some material (fins).

Thank you for providing us with the use of your apartment for the past 10 days, we had a lovely time, though the weather was pretty hot, beats the rain here though!
Everything in the apartment was terrific and the welcome pack was really appreciated.

We arrived late in the evening to find a chilled bottle of wine in the fridge along with drinks and fresh food to keep us going until we got to the shops.
The apartment was very spacious and clean with a good supply of towels and toiletries.
Our girls loved the rooftop swimming pool and with the beach only a 5 min walk, we were spoilt for choice!
The visitor guide book was very helpful with advice on where to eat out and places to visit. We referred to it often!
We were very impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped. It gave us the choice of eating in where we could make use of the BBQ on the patio.
The DVDs and games supplied were great at keeping the girls entertained. The apartment had a real home from home feel which meant the whole holiday was very relaxing. Thank you for such an enjoyable stay!
