This newly built apartment is in the seaside town of Armacao de Pera.Set in the sunny central Algarve it is a golfer’s paradise and a family favourite. It is ideally situated with easy access to amenties and is in the closest beach resort to the 2 new Oceanico Golf Courses, Faldo and O'Connor.

Our apartment is situated on the second floor in a private complex and is located centrally to the town. It is 3-4 mins away from the beach, centre of town, supermarkets and tourist office. It is about 4 mins away from the bus station and can accommodate up to 6 people.While staying with us you will have access to the swimming pool and underground carpark. Its ideally suited to both families and golfers as all amenities are close by.

    • The Algarve region The weather is great most of the year (average yearly temperature 22.3C). April/May/October/November its in the lower 20sC, June/July/August/September upper 20sC - 35C or more. If you are lucky you can lay on the beach enjoying the sun on Christmas day. The area is filled with history. Why not go and explore some of the beautiful villages and towns that Portugal has to offer. You can visit the most westerly point in Europe - Cape St Vincent, see the natural springs in the Monchique mountains, visit some of the town markets and by the way Lisbon is only 2.5 hours away by car for the those who want to go a bit further, or Spain at 1 hour away.

    The property is situated a short walk from the boulevard, where there are restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Armação de Péra is a popular place for holidays all year round, even for the Portuguese.Activities (on site or nearby): Hiking, Golf, Tennis, Miniature Golf, Amusement Parks, Fishing, Shopping, Restaurants, Sightseeing, Swimming, Snorkeling & Diving, Sailing, Jet Skiing, Golf. If you want more than just Armação de Péra then there are many activities just a short drive from the apartment. Aqualand, a giant water park set among lawns and palms with a huge array of pools and slides is located just two kilometers away at Alcantarilha. Zoomarine, part zoo and part theme park with amazing shows and much more is five kilometers away at Guia. A bird sanctuary is located two kilometers away as well as some beautiful walks.

    Credit cards now accepted by Paypal. Sorry, in peak season, Saturday arrivals only. Bookings can be made via telephone or email. Payment can be made by bank transfer or paypal. A deposit of £100 or €150 is required when booking. (I will hold inital booking for a period of 3 days in order for you to book flights etc.) The balance is required 6 weeks prior to arrival. A breakage deposit of £100/ €150 is required with balance and is totally refunded at the end of your holiday within a week, after key return and apartment inspection is complete.
