The apartment has been approved for renting by the local Municipality and is situated on the 3rd floor of a quiet condominium, with less than 10 min. walk to beautiful golden sandy beaches. Lounge with Freesat TV, Radio, two sofas, Dining area, air condition for cool or hot air, as well as oil radiators. 
Shops and restaurants are also within 10 min.walk. 
The condominium is wheelchair friendly with ramp and two lifts. 
The condominium has a private pool with sun-loungers, as well as underground parking facilities. 
The Balcony is south facing and has its own BBQ as well as table and chairs. 
It is a No Smoking apartment. However, smoking is okay on balcony. 
The apartment has a separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, gas ooker top, electic oven, Washing machine and all utensils required

    This is the best appartment I have ever stayed at in Armacao de Pera and I have visited the area on quite a few occaisions. The owner is most helpful and his place is lovely with everything one could require and more besides for a holiday. Far enough away from the beach to be quiet, but still less than 10 minutes walk from anything you could require, with a couple of snack bars and a pub within 2 minutes walk. The pool and air con are an added bonus too, hope to stay again soon
