Vacation Rental Description
The apartment is on the first floor is 80 sqm, plus two terraces (12 & 70 sqm). The terrace around the swimming pool can also be used. The apartment is vert spacious, enough for 4 people and consists of 1 bedroom with double bed, an exclusive spacious living room with a dining area, two double size sofa beds & Sat TV. There is a separate kitchen with all the required utensils. There is a separate bathroom with a shower.
Bedding and towels are provided and they are changed on a weekly basis. All clients have to bring are beach towels. The final cleaning is included provided if not extraordinarily dirty.
The prices are valid for occupation of 4 people
Heating will be an extra charge, probably only at a minimum cost.
The house ha been built to the highest modern standards with excellent insulation and is comfortably cool in the summer, but also pleasant in the winter. There are ceiling fans and heating is available.

    1st March - 31st March - €350.00 1st April - 30th April - €400.00 1st May - 31st May - €500.00 1st June - 31st August - €600.00 1st Sept - 30th Sept - €500.00 1st Oct - 30th Nov - €400.00 Prices quoted are in Euros and on a weekly basis. After confirmation a lease agreement will be sent for completion by the client, who will return same duly completed with a deposit of 30% of the total rent by bank transfer. The deposit is non refundable. The balance to be payed 45 dates before arrival.
