The apartment is ideally suitated for access to golf courses at Vilamoura and Vale do Lobo, and courses both east and west accessible within the hour. The nearest beach is long and sandy and about 10 minutes by car. Shops and restaurants are couple of minutes drive or a leisurely 15 minutes walk. Just 25-30 minutes by car from Faro Airport it provides a central location for both a quiet and relaxing or activities holiday.

Master bedroom has en suite with shower and the family bathroom has both shower and bath. Both bedrooms have remote controlled ceiling fans. The kitchen is well equipped including oven, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine.

The spacious living/dining room provides TV (English & Portuguese), video/DVD player, CD player. The large sofa converts into double or two single beds. Dining table with six chairs. There are two ceiling fans for summer and portable heaters for winter.

This ground floor apartment has two patio areas plus communal lawns, barbecue and swimming pool. The pool can be seen from the front patio for easy supervision of children (and adults!)

Ample parking space at front of apartment provides easy access with luggage.
All towelling and linen are included in the apartment. Towels changed mid-week. Beach/pool towels are not provided.

High Season Price : £475 per Week

Payments in equivalent euros will be accepted.
A 25% non-refundable deposit payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival at apartment.
Refundable deposit for breakages/damage.
No smoking within the apartment please. Smokers are asked to use the outside areas.
There is flexibility for changeover days and we will always try to accommodate individual requirements.
