Casa Amendoeira is a pretty two bed roomed air-conditioned villa with maid service set amongst orange lemon and olive trees situated on the small privately owned Quinta da Saudade estate of 24 acres with views over farmland towards the sea making it ideal for bird watching. There are two swimming pools a children’s play area with paddling pool, tennis court, horse riding, an independently run bar and restaurant and a pool bar which holds weekly BBQ’s. The sitting room has comfortable sofas, soft lighting, satellite television, dvd player, cd/cassette player,iPod docking station, wood burning stove, electric radiators making it ideal for winter lets. The villa has two terraces with built in BBQ table & chairs parasol and sun loungers. The nearest beach is about 2 miles away with long stretches of sand. The towns of Albufeira and Armacao de Para are 10 minutes away. Salgados golf course is a few minutes walk away where we have arranged preferential terms.
