The house is currently being restored and it will be completely new furnished for the 2008 season.The villa is located in a central location, close to the centre of Areias de Sao Joao. It is within walking distance of the popular Praia Doura, restaurants and shops and is an excellent choice for families with teenagers.The gated pool area is private and new swimming pool and terraces make it ideal for the afternoon sun.  
The accommodation is divided in two. Main house:Living/dinning room/open kitchen,1 double room, 2 twins and 2 shower rooms.Ground floor flat:Living/dinning room/kitchenette (only for light meals no cooking)1 en-suite double room,2 twin, 1 bathroom.

We take 30% deposit to secure your booking and 8 weeks before departure the full balance and refundable deposit of £350. NB The flat is only available for groups of more than 6 people, if you are 6 or less please ask for the reduced rates.This means that you won't be able to use the flat.
