Bus Tours are easily arranged from the nearby Municipal Bus Station. It is possible to take a Coach to Lisbon and Fatima + many other locations. It is also possible to travel East, West and North from albufeira Train Station. i.e. Lisbon, Fatima, Opporto, Cape St Vincent and also the Spanish Border. Six world class Golf courses are located 20 minutes away in Vilamoura Resort & Marina. The largest shopping centre in the Algarve, is located 10 minutes away in the nearby Village of Guia. This centre has designer shops, numerous Restaurants, multi-screen Cineplex and indoor Bowling Alleys.

				Low Season Price:	€400 per Week
				High Season Price:	€775 per Week

The rates vary from €400 in low season to €850 peak season these are weekly rates. The property is let out only on a weekly basis. A booking Deposit of 20 % is required 10 weeks in advance to secure the rental period. Cancellation notification is required no later than 8 weeks prior to occupancy date. The booking deposit is not refunded. Payment is accepted in € (euros) by International Electronic Money Transfer. A Breakage / Damage and Defficiency Deposit of €150 is also needed, no later than 10 weeks prior to occupancy date. This money is refunded no later than 2 weeks after holiday ends, assuming a satisfactory Exit Check of property and inventory.
