Vacation Rental Description
Spacious, well furnished 3 bedroom villa, located in a quiet local urbanisation in Albufeira.
In the front there is a swimming pool with a garden and terrace and a barbecue area. Sunbeds, umbrellas and table for dining are provided. Fencing provides privacy, pool is not fenced. At the back there is a large seperate sun terrace which is safe for children to play, with access from the lounge, but not the front garden or pool. Sunbeds and table with a huge umbrella are provided. There is a balcony upstairs for 2 people to sit for lunch or quiet reading. Albufeira town is less than 5 mins drive away (about a 20 minute walk). Albufeira has 3 beaches. You can walk to the beach (25 minutes walk). The main bus terminal is about 5 mins walk from the villa and buses run to all major cities and towns. There is also a shuttle service into Albufiera and beaches (this service has a charge). Nearest supermarket is about 10 minutes walk. There are several excellent golf courses in and around Albufeira.

Large lounge/dining room which leads to a large terrace on one side and a small terrace and swimming pool from the other side, extendable dining table (sits up to 8), TV (free Sky channels), DVD player.
Other facilities

Linen changed once per week, towels changed in the middle of your stay.
The house will be cleaned in the middle of the week. House towels and beach towels are provided.
The property is on 2 floors and is does not have facilities to accommodate people requiring wheelchair access.
Outside

There is a small garden in the front of the property. There are pot plants in the back terrace. The private pool is kidney shaped and is approximately 10m x 4m.
There is an external cold water shower by the pool. The terrace has 6 sun loungers, table for 6 with parasol and barbecue.
Activities

Golf - The premier golf course at Salgados is only within an easy drive of the villa. The course has 14 water hazards. There are other golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
Beaches

Albufeira is in mid-Algarve and is served by excellent beaches within easy driving distance. The town itself has 3 beaches which are about 3/4km from the property (20-25 minute walk).

There is a shopping mall (Algarve Shopping) about 15 minutes drive away).

The popular town of Albufeira (5 minute drive) is the biggest and most energetic resort in the Algarve and is awash with bars and cafes. The older quarter of this former fishing village has retained much of its original mellow charm with narrow cobbled streets, whilst "The Strip" is Albufeira’s mini Las Vegas and is a neon-lit runway of hotels, restaurants, bars and discos, which lend the resort its non-stop party atmosphere. The new Albufeira Marina has now opened with its array of shops and restaurants.
The location has excellent children’s attractions, with all the following being withing easy driving distance:
Zoomarine – Theme park all about the ocean with many water shows including swimming with dolphins.
Aqualand – Europe’s biggest open-air water park.
Krazy world – Animal park with snake pits and alligator swamp. Slide & Splash – water park.
Zebra Safari – Discover the Algarve off road in a 4x4 jeep.
