Villa Matcar is a well furnished and equipped Villa.
All bedrooms have full Air Con the twin room and a large double room have en suite. All rooms have built in wardrobes and a safe.
The lounge diner has a feature marble fire place with log burning stove a large ovel table with seating for 10+1
The kitchen is well equipped with microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Auto washer, fridge-freezer etc.
There are large french doors leading to a covered terrace with additional dining table & chairs, full size table tennis table. the terrace lead to extensive gardens and down to a large gated pool with patio area and a covered terrace with BBQ dining table with seating and a football table.
There is a fresh water shower and sun loungers around the pool.
The villa is surounded with Sir Clif Richards Vine yards and to the rear of the villa is the winery were you can taste and buy Sir Clif's wine.
The Village of Guia is only a short walk from the villa were you can buy localy prodused products, there are many superb resturants and bars all close to hand.
