Encosta Sao Jose is located in the Vale de Parra region around 4kms west of Albufeira also close to Armacao de Pera, meaning that its location is central to all attractions including superb sandy and rustic large beaches perfect for coastline walking among the caves.The kids will love dipping their nets into the large shallow rock pools the tide leaves behind. From the large expanses of sand at Gale to the cove beaches of Castelo, Evaristo, Sao Rafael, Coelho and Lourenco with plenty of florals and fauna, watersports, beach side cafe's and little shops. The immediate area has a few nice little bars and water holes but, you may have to venture out a little futher for the more lively bars and clubs.You will be spoilt for choice when it comes to eating out, this area is laiden with mouthwatering traditional and international cuisine from the sea food of Gale to the traditional famous Piri-Piri chicken in the village of Guia, from buffets to the Indian and Chinese and English roast dishes in Albufeira your cravings will be catered for. This apartment is located just five minutes’ drive from the beach and 5 minutes from two of the main holiday towns Albufeira and Armacao de Pera which host local markets, street entertainment, sand art, lively festivals and yearly carnivals.
