Jardim das Alfarrobeiras (Carob Tree Gardens) is a condominium consisting of 18 townhouses.  
 
The house has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a spacious living/dining room which includes a sofa bed, providing sleeping accommodation for up to 8 adults. A travel cot is also available on request. The kitchen is fully fitted, with all the modern conveniences. Three terraces and a garden complete this very modern townhouse.  
 
The condominium has 1 adult and 1 children’s pool, a children's play area, a putting green and communal gardens, all fully maintained and beautifully landscaped.  
 
 
Location 
 
Jardim das Alfarroberias is located in Ferreiras, just 5 km north of Albuferia and is about a 30 minute drive from Faro airport. 
Ferreiras is a typical Portuguese town, with several café bars and restaurants. There is a large supermarket within 5 minutes walking distance. Albuferia train station is also only a 5 minute walk away. 
 
It is only a ten minute car journey to the coast, where you have a choice of many beaches, Sao Rafael and Gale being some of the most beautiful. 
 
Albuferia has plenty to see and do and is regarded as the main resort in the Algarve. There is the Montechoro strip which is very lively! There is the magnificent old town of Albuferia, with a variety of excellent restaurants. Only 5 minutes by car is the Algarve Shopping Centre with restaurants and entertainment and only 15 minutes by car is the town of Villamoura,with its stunning marina and several fantastic golf courses. 
 
Accommodation 
 
The house is cleaned before your arrival. It can then be cleaned on selected days throughout your stay at an additional cost. Bed linen and towels can also be changed on these days also at an additional cost. The house is totally non-smoking.  
 
Child Facilities 
The house has a UK size travel cot and high chair. It also has a selection of toys for young children. 
 
 
This is a very modern townhouse situated in beautiful landscaped gardens and has all the luxuries you would expect from a modern house.  
 
The house is double glazed and electric security blinds are fitted on all the windows and 
doors. It has a fire alarm system and burglar alarm, plus video gated entrance to the condominium. 
 
The house consists of:  
 
Three double bedrooms  
 
Master bedroom has a double bed, built-in triple wardrobe, 
en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and a shower over it. Access to balcony through sliding patio doors.  
Second bedroom has twin beds, built–in double wardrobe and access to balcony through sliding patio doors.  
Third bedroom has twin beds, built in double wardrobe and access to balcony through sliding patio doors.  
 
Three bathrooms 
 
Master en-suite, with Jacuzzi bath with shower, toilet, bidet and wash-basin.  
Second bathroom, bath with shower, toilet, bidet and wash-basin.  
Third bathroom, located on the ground floor, has shower, toilet and wash-basin.  
 
Kitchen 
 
The modern kitchen consists of an electric hob, electric oven 
and grill, combination microwave, large fridge-freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.  
 
Living/Dining Area 
 
The large living area accommodates two large sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), TV with free view package, DVD Player. The dining table has room for eight chairs.

    Only 15 minutes away by car is the town of Villamoura. This large resort has a fantastic marina, which offers a wide range of restaurants, cafes, bars and nightclubs. Villamoura also has several fantastic golf courses.
