New and modern complex this penthouse is ideal for those guests who enjoy comfort and convenience when on holiday. The accommodation is fully equipped with a well fitted kitchen where you can prepare anything from a simple breakfast to a gourmet meal. All bed linen and bathtowels are provided but please bring beach towels. There is lots of room on the balcony for adults and children to have their own space. Access to the penthouse is via keypad /video entry making it very secure accommodation. Fully airconditioned with hot and cold functions Golfers are spoilt for choice with more than 8 top courses less than 20 minutes by car. 
High quality finishes throughout with ample living area. The bedrooms are comfortable and have sufficient storage area. The penthouse being south facing is bright and sunny and from the balcony you can enjoy maginificent views of the coastline (albeit in the distance). Bathrooms are colourful and well equipped. 
Modern and new Parque da Corcovada is conveniently situated at the Globe roundabout, east of Albufeira. This top floor apartment has been finished to a very high standard making it an extremely attractive holiday option in a well known tourist area.  
The apartment benefits from two good-sized communal pools, one of which is for children in a secure garden and sunbathing area scattered with sunloungers and umbrellas.

    Weekly rental prices are inclusive of utility charges. . Apartments and villas are reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking. The property may be reserved subject to availability, upon receipt of a deposit of 25%. Final payments must be received six weeks prior to your arrival date.If the payment terms are not observed the booking may be cancelled and our cancellation terms imposed. Should you cancel your booking, written notification must be received from the person who made the booking. The following charges will apply: -Cancellations by you or any other member of your party must be in writing Calculated from the date we receive your notification, cancellation charges are as follows: A refundable damage deposit of 200 € is payable in cash upon your arrival. This will be sent back to you two weeks after you return provided there is no damage to the property.
