This ground floor apartment is in an excellent location close to the centre of Albufeira and forms part of a contemporary new 2008 development, offering security and privacy. Set in beautifully landscaped gardens with views of the countryside/sea/pools it is just a short walking distance of the Strip, beach and Old Town. A booking deposit of 25% is required at time of booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required with final payment for any accidental damage.
