The communal swimming pool is gated and fenced for additional security and there is a separate Jacuzzi. Guests have the use of a private underground garage space if required and an additional off road parking space inside the condominium. There is lift access from the garage to the apartment. Suitable for all ages. Whether looking for a fun packed action holiday or a get away from it all break the location is perfect for both. Literally 5 minutes walk and you are at the famous "Strip" and for the more energetic just around the corner is the Montechoro Tennis Club with 8 courts and also their Gym and Fitness Centre, both open to the public.

Lounge/dining room with TV, DVD, double sofabed, dining table and seating for 4, doors to private terrace with patio furniture and direct access to the pool and gardens. Highchair can be provided on request.
Private remote entry underground garage space with lift access to apartment plus outside private garage space inside condominium.
Other: Outside space is important on holiday and the 2 terraces are very spacious where you can sit with table and chairs to enjoy al-fresco dining or just soak up the sun whilst keeping an eye on the pool and gardens or the countryside beyond.
Towels/linen: Towels, t-towels and linen provided (not including beach towels). Linen and towels changed weekly.

Please note this is a no smoking apartment but guests are welcome to smoke on the terraces.

Underground remote entry garage space and separate outside space. Condominium is accessed through remore entry gates or personnel gate, is enclosed and secure. Car hire or private airport transfers available.
There are a few steps to enter the main building and apartment is located on the ground floor. For those with mobility problems there is lift access to the apartment from the garage.
