Casa dos Passarinhos Luxury Villa is well located both for the quaint village of Guia and the superb beaches and famous Golf Courses of Central Algarve. The property is a luxury detached villa in small well manicured estate, with private swimming pool and lovely mature garden in a quiet family area. Beautiful new private heatable pool, mature garden, patio and sun terraces fully furnished with quality furniture. The Mega Algarve shopping centre is only a 5 minute drive away, with its extensive range of boutiques and shops and the large hypermarket.The house enjoys the benefit of two bathrooms and one guest cloakroom. The quaint village of Guia has numerous restaurants 5 minutes stroll away. We also have 2,3,4, Bedroom villas in same location to rent to larger families.
Guia is famous throughout the Algarve for fine food and well priced to suit everyone.
The excellents beaches of Gale, Castello and Salgados are nearby. Local attractions include Water Slide Parks, ZooMarine
Zoomarine is one of the Algarve´s biggest attractions and certainly lives up to the hype. Open all year round.

There is also an Aquarium, showing over 20 marine ecosystems, and several marine life habitat exhibitions scattered around the park. My favourite at the moment, is the 4D cinema Zoomarine is one of the Algarve´s biggest attractions and certainly lives up to the hype. Open all year round.
All the rooms in the villa have central heating for the Winter and a fireplace in the lounge for logs. The villa is safe for children as it is single storey. All doors to the swimming pool are lockable with gates for safety. Divan 'Z' beds, cots, high chair, car seats, etc., can be arranged.
Cost per week - Pool heating 130 Euros, cots/highchairs 25 Euros. Extra Bed 65 Euros.

Complimentary books, maps and DVDs for client's use. A safe is installed in the villa for security. The villa interiors is beautifully maintained, with bright and spotless rooms. The Portuguese ambience has not been lost and has a style of it's own.
The sunny South facing pool terrace has been furnished with quality dining furniture for poolside meals al fresco. The little village of Guia an enjoyable stroll away. TV/UK Channels all available.
The villa is situated overlooking the lovely landscaped private park of Quinta dos Alamos. There is a 7m x 4m new mosaic heatable swimming pool and sun terracing. The property is totally enclosed with safe areas at the back and side of the villa for young children to play. At the rear of the villa is a built-in barbeque area
A wide range of garden furniture, etc., Stylish outdoor luxury rattan dining furniture. Lavender Blue table and chairs with cushions, 3 sun umbrellas, large cushioned swing seat, 4 very comfortable pool loungers. The garden is filled with enchanting bird song, it is peaceful and relaxing the completely stress free - a little piece of paradise! Roses, vines, lemon tree, pomegrante tree, fig treees. Gate from villa garden to Private park with shrubs and trees and children's safe play park with swings and slide etc.,
The tiny village of Guia has several mini markets, two banks, a pharmacy, paper shop, coffee shop, bakery, butchers, post office, everything you would need in fact.
Sir Cliff Richards's villa and vineyard are just across the country road, visits to his Winery can be arranged.

Our lovely family villa Casa dos Passarinhos has just been refurbished with inderior designed soft furnishings.
We always recommend a car to visitors so they may enjoy the many beautiful algarve beaches and quaint villages of Central Algarve.
The village of Guia is famous for its choice of restaurants, offer Internatinal menuse to suit everyone.
Also the famous ZooMarine Theme Park is based at the village where you can swim with dolphins etc.,
Only 5 mins from the villa is the Algarve Mega Shopping Centre with cinemas, bowling alley, boutiquest, restaurants etc.,
Albufeira is also 10 mins drive away for livlier nightlife.

We enjoyed our stay at this property so much last year that we have booked a return visit. Our friends have also booked on our recommendation. The property was very well maintained and located close to village and an excellent choice of restaurants.

Spotless accomm, fab pool, great village

We had a fantastic time staying in the villa - it was exactly like the photos and exceptionally well kept (and I'm picky). The kitchen is large with everything you need and the breakfast area is just right for four - the dining room would seat six but we didn't need to use it. The maid services was a luxury. The garden is well tended and the range of tables and chairs made great places to sit during the day so we could read books while the children played in the pool. There are sun loungers too. It was October so we went for pool heating which made it even better. The weather was good when we were there, but there is a television with English channels and a DVD if you needed it.
The villa owners were very helpful before we went making sure we had all the information we needed and they were happy for us to use the inflatables for the pool which was excellent. The whole atmosphere made it feel very homely.
The villa is on a small well-manicured estate and looks out onto green parkland. It is a short 10 minute walk to the village. The village is small but has everything we needed - several cafes, a post-office, shops, a couple of small supermarkets and plenty of restaurants to choose from. There is a mega-store in the next town where we went to do a main shop but to be honest the prices in the village weren't much different so we went there after that.
It is about 10 minutes drive to the beaches. We went to several nearby beaches and all were immaculate and all had beachside cafes for snacks etc. There are lifeguarded areas on most beaches which is good for families although the waves are pretty huge! The sand is clean and golden and we made some great sandboats and watched them getting washed away while we enjoyed a glass of juice in the cafe.
Zoomarine was worth a trip. It is pricey to get in but if you take a picnic, once you are in everything is free and we easily spent all day there.
Silves, a historic walled town, is very interesting for a day trip about 40 minutes drive from the villa. It used to be the capital and has cobbled streets and several museums. The central walled gardens and fort are worth a visit and there are plenty of cafes to enjoy a traditional lemon juice drink.
All the places we went in the Algarve, including the public toilets, were very clean and child-firendly.
All in all I would definitely go back to this villa and I have already recommended it to others

We have been holidaying in Guia for over 18 years, we just love The Algarve, the people, the food, the beaches, the 300 days sunshine per year.
Our guests tell us our online photos do not do the villa justice,it really is a 'find'.
We purchased our villa in 2007 and have enjoyed sharing our holiday home with guests from all over the world.
The area of Quinta dos Alamos is a manicured private estate of cobbled tree lined streets,beautiful gardens, very peaceful, just the birdsong to disturb the peace.
The village of Guia is known a 'the restaurant village' due to the number of fabulous restaurants available - At very keen prices! Just a gently stroll away from our villa.
Sir Cliff Richards has his villa and vineyard just across the road, he eats locally when he is in Portugal.
We are situated just 5mins from ZooMarine, Algarve Shopping Mall, many theme/water parks and the fabulous Algarve beaches.
Our English management team Lynn and Adrian are there to meet and greet you upon arrival and show you around.
