Monte do Limas is situated in a small hamlet, 7 mins drive from the small market town of Paderne, which is 20/25 mins drive from the resort of Albufeira.
Monte do Limas consists of 2 terraced farm cottages, which share a 9 m pool. The owners, Val & Colin Smith and their 2 children live in the adjoining farmhouse. Both cottages have 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) lounge, kitchen, bathroom, with bath and separate shower. Casal Lima sleeps 4/5 (there is space for a 3rd bed in the twin room, and also has a separate dining room. Casal Alfândega sleeps 5/7. There is a mezzanine floor with a single bed in the twin room. There is also space for an additional single bed in this room. There is also a single sofa bed in the lounge.
Both cottages have rear terraces which overlook the rear garden, with patio furniture.
To the front is the swimming pool. Both cottages have dining furniture, loungers & parasols on the pool terrace. There is also a covered BBQ here.
To the side of the property is a covered pool table and basketball net. Both kitchens are equipped with ovens, fridges (Alfandega has a fridge freezer), toaster, Iron & Ironing board. Towels are supplied and are changed twice weekly. Bed linen is supplied and is changed weekly.
Monte do Limas is a ideal place for friends and/or family that want to holiday together, but don't want the restriction of being under one roof. If both properties are rented by one group, the pool becomes private, as it would in a self contained villa.
However, the properties can also be rented individually.

Monte do Limas is in a country setting and consists of two terrace cottages which share a 9m pool. It is an ideal place for families &/or friends that want to holiday together, but do not want to be under one roof. We live in the adjoining farmhouse and have two children. One 12 and one 17.We also have a Dalmation dog! The cottages have a covered BBQ area by the pool, own private terraces to the rear overlooking the garden, with patio furniture. Each cottage also has dining furniture and loungers to the front terrace by the pool. There is an undercover pool table, dart board and basketball net.
It is a necessity that you have a car here. Rentals can be arranged on your behalf. It is a 7 min drive to the local village of Paderne. There are all the small shops there that you need for day to day shopping. The nearest LARGE supermarket is 15 mins drive. Albufeira and the coast are a 20/25 min drive.

£150.00 deposit must be paid by sterling cheque at the time of booking to secure the booking.
The cheque should be made payable to V & C Smith and sent to Monte do Limas, Lentiscais, Paderne 8200-483, Albufeira, Portugal.
This amount will be held by us as a retainer against any breakages or damage at the property and returned to you at the end of your stay.
The full amount of the holiday will be payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
If the holiday is cancelled before the 6 week deadline, the deposit of £150.00 will be lost.
If the holiday is not paid for by the 6 week deadline, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit retained.
If the booking is cancelled within the 6 week period 90% of the holiday cost will be retained. The other 10% and the £q
150.00 deposit will be returned to you.
