Vacation Rental Description
A newly built, fully furnished and equipped self-catering spacious, comfortable, air conditioned apartment located in a central, overlooking and south-facing sunny position just minutes walk from two large superb swimming pools, an excellent on-site restaurant offering snacks and a full `A la Carte`menu with weekly BBQ. The balconies have a private aspect overlooking beautiful gardens. Two twin bedrooms having their own private bathrooms, each fully tiled and equipped with bath-tubs, shower, and bidet. Full bed linen and towels provided with mid and end of week towel change. The Kitchen is fully equipped for self catering.
Free shuttle bus runs 4 times daily to the town just 2km away with nearby beautiful shelved beaches. Nearby challenging golf courses and superb beaches. Friendly multilingual reception desk offers excursions, Internet, public telephones and library. Clube Albufeira provides a free bus service into Albufeira Town which offers something for everyone-extensive shopping, bars, restaurants, a vibrant night life and plenty of amusement for children.
The reception desk at Club Albufeira can arrange taxis and day trips to the local attractions such as BBQ Cruises, Splash & Slide, Marine-Zoo (Swim with the Dolphins), Water Sports, Horse Riding, Theme Parks, Cliff-Top Walks, Sea Fishing and other excursions. nly 15 minutes drive from the club is the new 'Algarve Shopping 'complex with bowling alley, cinema, discount retail and factory outlet stores.
For the golfer,the Algarve offers some of the best courses in Europe, including those at Vilamoura, Vilasol and a challenging beach 18 hole course at Salgados,just 5 km from the resort.
Our guests are also able to use the various facilities offered by the nearby Camping Albufeira site which has a supermarket, bakery news agents, disco, children's sandy play area, craft shop, laundry, and tennis courts.
2 Twin Bedrooms. Spacious Wardrobes-Mirrored Doors -Dressing Table and Bedside Lockers in each bedroom and having close proximity to fully fitted private bathrooms.
Bathrooms:
2 Bathrooms. Comprising full bath units with shower fittings,large mirror over wash basin and bidet and toilet. Both bathrooms adjacent to the bedrooms with good separation between for privacy.
Kitchen: Cooker, Hob, Microwave, Fridge, Freezer, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Iron. A fully equipped kitchen for self-catering - all crockery, glasses, pots and pans, coffee and juice machines, toaster, microwave are provided.
General: Real Fire, Central Heating, Air Conditioning, House Linen, Towels Provided, Internet Access. Public telephones and internet access are available at the reception office. A Portuguese wood burner, wall heaters and a turbo heating function of the air conditioning unit provides warmth.
Dining: Seating for 6. A wide spaced hatch from the kitchen serves the dining area of the lounge. Overhead lighting of the dining table for the evenings and views to the sunny balcony through the day.
Entertainment: Satellite TV, DVD, Radio, CD System, Board Games, Tennis Court. November - February: *Hot sunny days, *cheaper accommodation rates, *cheaper flights, * no crowds, *empty beaches and cliff top walks, *instant service everywhere. *Cozy evenings in the apartment.
Outside: Communal Pool, Parking, Balcony, Garden Furniture.
Suitability: Children Welcome, Not Suitable For Wheelchairs, Suitable For Elderly, Sorry - No Pets Allowed, Sorry - No Smokers.Smoking permitted on the balcony only. Please bring your own beach towels. Unsuitable for persons unable to climb stairs to the apartment.

Additional amenities provided are Cd/Radio Player,Fridge-Freezer,Washing Machine,full linen and bedding,and Balcony patio furniture.The apartment is south facing and centrally situated within the Club Albufeira grounds, giving easy access to any of the 3 superb swimming pools,the on-site restaurant,the mini-market,and the reception office.
Activities
Activities on site are swimming ,sunbathing at any of the three magnificent pools, a children swing park, pool table, football machine, crazy golf, BBQs, restaurant and snack bars.
Established attractions such as Zoomarine and Splash and Slide are within easy reach and the Club Albufeira reception office can arrange a very wide range of other excursions (horse riding / safaris / deep sea fishing / etc).
The reception office offers public telephones, broadband Internet connection for those wishing to keep abreast of their Emails, a reading library, and a visa cash machine paying out in Euro currency.
Guests of the Club Albufeira can obtain a pass from the Reception Office to visit the Camping Albufeira site opposite the Club where there are shops, pools, tennis courts, and a weekly social program of quiz, BBQ, and karaoke evenings.

All prices are for the cost of the apartment itself, inclusive of all utilities and the use of the club’s facilities. Just a 20% deposit will secure your booking. In the event of needing to cancel the holiday for whatever reason, this deposit is fully refundable provided that a minimum of 8 weeks notice is given. At 8 weeks before the start of your holiday the remaining balance is then payable. Additionally a £100 deposit cheque will be required to cover any damages / breakages. This will be returned to you in full,if all is well in the apartment after you leave. For those arriving late a small welcome pack of breakfast can be provided. High chairs, cots, fold-away beds can be hired and airport transfers / car hire can be arranged. All clients will be met by an on-site representative. The apartment is available ,latest ,from 3pm on the arrival day and must be vacated by 12 noon on the departure day. Champagne on arrival can be arrange
