Beautiful ground floor 3 Bedroom poolside apartment located on Club Albufeira Village - part of the popular Club Albufeira complex . Perfect for families as one of the pools and a children's play park is just a stones throw away. Plenty of grass area outside the apartment for children to play. The resort offers excellent all year round resort facilities for families, golfers and couples alike.
It offers all year round facilities including 4 Swimming Pools, bars and a 2 superb Restaurants all within a few minutes walk!
The apartment is furnished to a high specification - 3 twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite with jacuzzi bath). Fully fitted modern kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, fridge, separate freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and iron/board. The lounge offers comfortable seating with satellite TV, DVD, CD player, games consolde(PS2) and double sofa bed. With your safety in mind we have a smoke alarm fitted, fire blanket and fire extinguisher.
There are 3 terrace areas that get the sun at different times of the day - wake up to sun in Bedroom 2 and have a drink in the evening overlooking the pool!
Availability all year and change-over days are flexible. 20% deposit on booking, balance 8 weeks prior to holiday. An additional £200 damage deposit cheque is payable with the final balance and will be refunded within 14 days subject to the apartment inspection. Any bookings cancelled within 8 weeks of departure forfeit deposit. Prices inclusive of all utilities, air-conditioning and Clube facilities. Apartment is available from 3pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10 am on departure day. Change-over day flexible. Please bring own beach and pool towels. Airport transfers available 90-110 Euros return dependant on size of party (payable locally)
Please note: One week stays - linen and towels provided on arrival. No changes but can use washing machine/tumble dryer for towels. Two weeks stays - same as week stays but they are changed after one week.
Very suitable for Long Lets November - March. Ideal for 2 persons or more. Great rates for long term rentals.

The apartment is 'Home from Home'. Everything you need for a self catering holiday. There is a PS2 console with some games plus board games for children/adults, books, toys etc to keep everyone occupied when it gets too hot! Ipod docking system/CD player. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine and dryer, iron and board, dishwasher etc.

The apartment offers a great base to explore the Algarve with most attractions and beaches only minutes away. Very good Zoo, water parks and many superb beaches!
