Vacation Rental Description
This cool and spacious ground floor apartment overlooks the pool and gardens, it stands conveniently close to a parking area and to the main reception. It is furnished to a high standard and has a fan, cable TV, DVD player, video player, CD player, radio cassette, tennis equipment and books. The kitchen is fully equipped and has full oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, varinha and iron/board. There is also a cool box and beach parasol. Both bathrooms, one en-suite, have bath, shower, basin, toilet and bidet. Each bedroom has large fitted wardrobes and drawers and hair dryer. There is a safe in the apartment available to rent. The large lounge is comfortably furnished and includes a dining area with separate table and chairs. Outside, leading from the lounge and bedroom are two private patio areas with garden furniture. The situation of the apartment provides a quiet and private garden for sunbathing as access is only required for people staying in mine and the two adjoining apartments.
Facilities
There are two twin bedrooms and there is also a z-bed available for an extra person and I can arrange hire of cots and high chairs for a small charge.
Activities
There are two restaurants on the complex and there is live entertainment during high and peak season. The O'Pavilhao restaurant offers a wide and varied menu including a la carte. There are many water parks to visit. Crazy Golf is a fun day out which includes large swimming pool, picnic areas, crazy golf and a reptile show which has many performing animals to keep the children amused. The Algarve is in prime position for the golf enthusiast and reception will be happy to guide you to a suitable course and arrange your tee off times. The Algarve shopping centre is approx a 20 minute drive away with many designer outlets, ten pin bowling, 9 cinemas and fast food restaurants. The Algarve has so many beaches to explore, best done by car at your own pace, but the free bus from the complex will take you down to the famous Fishermans Cove and the centre of old Albufeira town. The local Giro bus also stops at the complex every half hour.

A £100 deposit is required at the time of booking with the balance payable eight weeks prior to departure. A booking form will be sent for completion detailing all the terms and conditions of the booking and cancellation policy.
