A typical Algarvian detached house situated in the village of Branqueira Albufeira, the village has 2 local Portuguese restaurants "Vitors" & "O Careco" & 2 local Portuguese bars, a small local supermarket for essential food needs, fresh fish shop & drogaria(ironmongers).Branqueira is approx 1.5kms to St Eulalia & The Strip area of Albufeira & approx 2.5kms to the approach of Old Town Albufeira, both with a vast array of bars, restaurants & shops. The Villa consists of, Large Lounge with digital TV (Free to view channels only) VCR, DVD, Music system. There are a selection of videos,dvd's, books, dominoes,playing cards for our guests. Fully fitted dining kitchen with oven, washing machine, fridge/freezer, microwave, food processor toaster, kettle,crockery,utensils, iron, ironing board, 4 bedrooms all with wardrobes, chests of drawers, bedside cabinets,lamps & bedside rugs. Bedroom 1: double bed + single bed ensuite bathroom: Bedroom 2: double bed, ensuite bathroom: Bedroom 3: twin bedroom, shared bathroom: Bedroom 4: double bed with single bed above (bunk style), shared bathroom: 3 bathrooms with bath, overhead shower, toilet, washbasin & mirror: Part air-conditioning consisting of 1 unit in the lounge & 2 bedrooms + a portable unit & fan to use elswhere. Private swimming pool with terrace, pergola with lighting for al fresco dining & barbecue. Parking for 1 car on driveway + outside parking space.

Cleaning, change of bed linen & towels is weekly, extra services are available but payable direct to the maid. Price list available in the kitchen area.Please bring your own towels for the beach, they are not provided.The swimming pool is cleaned & maintained twice weekly.Heating or air-con during the low/mid season months can be provided by air-con or electric radiators, please note there is an electricity unit allowance for this of 200 units per week staying, any extra units burned will be charged at 15p per unit & taken from the required security deposit of £200 per holiday.THIS FACILITY MUST BE PRE BOOKED BEFORE ARRIVAL. If it is not pre booked and is required during your stay there will be a management call out fee charged. DURING THE HIGH SEASON MONTHS THE AIR-CONDITIONING IS INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL COST.

There are 2 nine hole golf courses within close proximity to the house. Balaia, 1.2km away which is a 9 hole par 3 course,excellent for the beginner, with a lovely clubhouse,club hire facilities,& swimming pool.Pine Cliffs 9 hole, a 5/10 mins drive at Acoteias, at the Algarve Sheraton Hotel, beautiful course with a testing hole called "devils parlour" hit your driver over a big ravine on the beach to reach the green.There are also an array of top class courses at Vilamoura 15/20 minutes drive away. If you like horse riding there is a stables at Vale Navio,full tuition, 800 metres away.Lots of water activities at Oura Beach provided by Skimoladho.Water Parks around Albufeira district are Aqualand, Slide & Splash & Aquapark and can be booked at the local ticket shops or direct online, Zoomarine, aquatic park, swim with the dolphins,see the dolphin show, Zoo Lagos,for the youngsters, Sand Art at Pera, excellent day out, not to be missed.
