The villa Casa da Praia is situated on the Quinta da Balaia complex, on the outskirts of Albufeira, only twenty minutes journey from Faro Airport. The property is situated in an area of privately owned villas. Offering a relaxed, comforting atmosphere in the heart of the Algarve with the added advantage of complex facilities of six all weather tennis courts (some of which are floodlit), a grill bar along with a la carte restaurant two large communal pools, each with pool bars, offers you the complete relaxed location. The villa has a sea view and the beach is within walking distance or just a short drive.

A well equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and gas oven will ensure you have all your home comforts to hand. The kitchen area has a breakfast bar adjoining the lounge diner. The room is particularly light and airy due to two French doors with views to the garden area.
The master bedroom complete with en-suite (fitted with bath, shower, bidet, toilet and basin), fitted wardrobes and a balcony to a sea view.
Bedroom 2 also comprising of fitted wardrobes with adjacent bathroom.

Situated at the end of a cul de sac, the villa is perfectly placed within it’s own grounds. The outside facilities consist of paved areas, surrounded by bordered gardens with verandas both in and out of the shade.
The pool has been recently installed with your relaxation and comfort in mind. It is situated within it’s own patio area and has the latest saltwater filter system to prevent those chlorine red eyes. The pool has a seated area within the circular steps for those hot days and the added luxury of a Jacuzzi style jet system. For those who fancy a late night dip, the under water lighting invites you in. An outdoor shower is close by to rinse off.
Just 1 km from Quinta da Balaia is the beach of Sta. Eulalia, which offers a variety of water sports such as sailing, water skiing and pedal boats.
The complex is situated near several golf courses. Vilamoura is 10 minutes away and Carvoeira only 20 minutes away.
