Two x 2 bedroom apartments one above the other both with kitchen, bathroom, front room/diner and terraces. The property is ideally located to the beach and local amenities and within easy reach of Albufeira and local golf courses in Vilamoura. There is a lot to see and do including long walks along the beautiful coastline or even across country. 
 
Slightly bigger apartment including one double bed and twin beds both with built-in wardrobes. 
Large front room with sofa bed, dining table and TV and DVD.  
Kitchen fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine. 
Bathroom fitted with shower over bath, WC and bidet.  
There is also leading from patio doors from front room to a sun terrace with partial views of sea and BBQ.

Open plan front room/diner/kitchen with sofa bed, dining table, TV and DVD.  
Kitchen fully equipped with electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

The downstairs apartment is ideal for anyone who has a mobility problem as there are no stairs. Both accommodations are ideal for children and we would be willing to provide travel cot etc at local rentable fee. 
 
People with mobility problems will find the downstairs apartment suitable as it has a ramp leading up to accommodation with only a small step leading into kitchen, front room and it is a shower only. 
 
At present there is no pool facility with accommodation but you are able to use a swimming at another apartment complex. There is sun terraces to both apartments and barbecue. Both apartments having outside table and seating. 
 
You are no more than 5 min drive from coast hugging golf course at Sheraton Pine Cliffs. Also within a 15 min drive to all the championship golf courses in Vilamoura. 
 
Olhos d' Agua is overlooked by craggy cliffs and backed by fragrant pine forests, Olhos d' Agua has grown from a sleepy fishing village to a bustling resort village with an exquisite beach, great family bars and some fine dining. Nearby Acoteias features the marvellous Falesia beach and a delightful, coast hugging golf course at Sheration Pine Cliffs. BAlaia is midway between Olhos and Albufeira, has several bars and restaurants and the pretty Maria Luisa and Santa Eulalia beaches. 
 
Faro airport, distance from airport is approx 31km, 30 min drive. We can offer Airport Transfer at a local charge. 
 
Within 300m of beach and located within the village but only about 6km to Albufeira and 3km to the lively strip.

				Low Season Price:	£175 per Week
				High Season Price:	£250 per Week

Full payment due 6 weeks before arrival and before that £75 deposit non-refundable. Please make bookings via email or telephone. Changeover is flexible. Arrival after 3pm and depart by 11am. (Guest comment: Just a quick note to thank you again for your lovely apartment. We really had a brilliant time. The area is perfect and your apartment very well equipped and comfortable.)
