Vacation Rental Description
This is a 1st floor air-conditioned apartment with lift, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge and dining area, double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, twin bedroom with shower room. The sunny balcony overlooks the swimming pools and conservation area and is not overlooked by any other apartment. This is an ideal place to enjoy breakfast or to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. Perfect for families because it is safe and secure with children's pool along side the adult pool. There is a playground and restaurant on site. Budget airlines - Easyjet, Ryanair and Aer Lingus all fly into Faro airport, which is only 35 km away and we can arrange private transfers from the airport and back again at no extra charge. Our agent will meet you at the apartment and will give you advise on the local area including restaurants, shops and places of interest. If you prefer to have your own transport, all major car hire companies operate at Faro airport. In this case our agent will still meet you at the apartment.
Facilities
The apartment is large and spacious and is bathed in sunlight. It has comfortable Brazilian hardwood floors throughout. The bedrooms are fitted wiht spacious wardrobes and crawers. All patio doors and windows are fitted with electrically operated shutters. All bed linen and bath towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. Sun loungers and parasols are provided at the pool area, where there is lots of space to relax surrounded by well tended landscaped gardens. There is a snack bar on site providing hot and cold drinks and light meals throughout the day.
Activities
Near to Balaia and Pine Cliffs Golf Courses. 10 minute drive to the marina where you can enjoy boat trips and watersports. Zoomarine and other waterparks are all within close proximity and there are designated buses to these. 15 minute walk to safe sandy beaches and 5 minute walk to the 'strip'. which is lined with shops, restaurants and bars.

A 20% deposit is required at time of booking and full payment must be made 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday. Payment can be by credit card or cheque. Please note payment bt credit card can only be processed in euros. We require a cash security deposit of £150 on arrival to secure against any damage. This will be refunded in full on departure subject to no loss or damage.

I can't thank you enough for letting us use your apartment and we had such a good time. the apartment is lovely and everything we wanted and more. We really enjoyed the whole week and it is such a great place. The lady that showed us the apartment was more than helpful giving us a map and being on the end of the phon if needed. The taxi transfer was very professional and were very informative on both journeys.
Thanks again, and I will certainly recommend your apartment to friends and family looking to holiday in Portugal.

What a lovely apartment you have. It was great. Sonja (the agent) was really helpful, pass on our thanks if you get a chance. It was a real incentive to book a s well with the transfers arranged for us. I have told everyone about how lovely clean, new and modern and near to facilities.
