The apartment has two bedrooms, the master room benefits from an en suite. Both bedrooms have two single beds in each complete with fitted wardrobes. Fold away beds can be provided for larger parties.  
 
The complex offers a safe environment complete with a large swimming pool, putting green and communal gardens with children's play area. Encosta has its own separate BBQ area for you to enjoy.  
 
Close by are some of the best beaches on the Algarve. Gale beach provides watersports centres including jet skis and banana boating. There are some beautiful secluded coves to enjoy the sun and sea within a short drive.  
 
There are some excellent bars and restaurants within walking distance. Mini markets and a larger supermarket are close by. The nearby town of Guia hosts a market on Friday mornings and is an ideal place to enjoy the traditional Piri Piri dishes. Algarve Shopping Centre is within ten minutes drive of the apartment.

The kitchen area is fully fitted and includes all equipment including washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven. The large lounge and dining area is equipped with TV, DVD Player, CD Player and dining room table and chairs. Both the living room and master bedroom open out on to the terrace through patio doors. We accept payment by cheques and bank transfer in GBP. 25% deposit (non refundable) required to secure booking remainder payable 8 weeks prior to start of rental period. Price includes towels and bed linen (additional changes can be provided at additional cost). Prices do not include departure clean (please add £30 per booking).
