It is an upper floor (2 Storey Duplex Type) in a Village type development, the village has ony 30 Units, i.e. It is a low density peaceful development. It is kitted out with a Satellite TV system, and has 2 Sofa Beds in the Living Room which can increase the sleeping capacity to 6 people. Off the main living room the Patio has lovely views of the town and surrounding countryside, it is fitted out with a patio table and 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully fitted with Cooker/Grill. extractor, american type Fridge and Freezer + Microwave, Toaster and Electric Kettle. The Main Bedroom has a King size Bed, Air-con + Heater + sliding Robes. The next Bedroom has 2 smaller Beds Joined together, + sliding Robes Air-Con + Heating. The 2 Bathrooms are located off the Main Entrance Hallway. The large Bathroom has a full size Bath with Shower Over + Bidet Wc and Wash Hand Basin. The smaller Bathroom has a small bath with Shower Over Wash Hand Basin and WC. The Dining Room has a Table + 6 Chairs & Sliding Robes. Outside the Front Door a spacious Balcony catches the Sun in the Evenings. The Apartment has its own covered parking Bay to Protect the car from the intense heat in the Summer. The Apartment is located on the main Municipal Bus Route and is only a 5 Minute walk from the Albufeira Municipal Bus Station and Local Market. The Apartment has a shared Swimming Pool + a Kids Pool. The Pool Complex is equipped with showers and Toilets, Keys of the Pool Gate and Shower & Toilet Complex are provided to rental clients.

Rates

Low Season Price : €400
High Season Price : €775 per Week

The rates vary from €400 in low season to €850 peak season these are weekly rates. The property is let out only on a weekly basis. A booking Deposit of 20 % is required 10 weeks in advance to secure the rental period. Cancellation notification is required no later than 8 weeks prior to occupancy date. The booking deposit is not refunded. Payment is accepted in € (euros) by International Electronic Money Transfer. A Breakage / Damage and Defficiency Deposit of €150 is also needed, no later than 10 weeks prior to occupancy date. This money is refunded no later than 2 weeks after holiday ends, assuming a satisfactory Exit Check of property and inventory.
