Vacation Rental Description
This luxury apartment was completed in November 2006 and is on the 4* Domus Iberica site in the pretty fishing village of Burgau. There is a good choice of restaurants and bars, well stocked supermarket and wine store. The beach is south facing with clean white sands and a very good Beach Bar. The accommodation consists of 2 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes with access to either the balcony or the walk way. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom with hydro-massage bath and leads directly on to the south facing balcony. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating, the ensuite has washbasin, toilet, bath and bidet, and the separate shower room has wash basin, toilet and enclosed shower. The kitchen is fully fitted with granite work tops, ceramic hob, oven and fridge/freezer. The large lounge/dining room has access to the balcony through patio doors. There are 2 and 3 seat sofas, coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs, tv with some English channels, dvd, hi-fi and air conditioning and heating.All doors and windows have electronically operated shutters. There is secure parking under the apartments and car parking close by. Just 2 flights of stairs takes you up to the communal roof top terrace. There is a good restaurant on site which is open all year.
Travel:- Faro airport is about 1 hour away on the modern A22. This takes you ti Lagos then Burgau is approx 10 km to the west. There are taxis and buses that will take you from the airport to Burgau but we recommend car hire to let you explore the area.

The beaches in the Western Algarve are clean and white. If you head west you will come to the town of Sagres and Europes most westerly point, Cape St Vincent. There are an abundance of golf courses close by, including Parque de Floresta, Boa Vista, Palmares and Penina. Green fees for courses in the Western Algarve tend to be more reasonable than those closer to Faro. The town of Lagos has an attractive marina, numerous shops and restaurants, and a famous fish market. This is the home of Henry the Navigator.The mountain village of Monchique is well worth a visit. There is plenty for everyone here!

Towels and linens are provided and changed weekly. There is maid service twice a week and a full clean midway through a 2 week break. Cot and high chair can be provided. Our service Manager is always available just by a phone call. There is a guest bed. The balcony is south facing and has table and chairs for dining 'Al Fresco'. There is a large communal roof top terrace with lovely views.

20% non-refundable deposit with booking. Balance 6 weeks prior to departure. £100 refundable deposit to cover breakages and loss of keys. Payment by Cheque or Internet bank transfer. Special offer - £200 per week for May, 25% discount for June - full weeks only
