Monte da Quinta provides a very high standard of country living and comfort with traditional architecture & modern facilities. Due to our high standards & attention to detail, we are approved & officially licensed by the Ministry of Tourism in Portugal. Our classification is CASA de CAMPO.  
 
We offer self catering holiday accommodation for a maximum of 10 guests. Consisting of two large, delightfully restored, self contained, adjoining country houses with a large pool. Monte da Quinta is set in 4.5 hectares of beautiful Alentejo countryside, yet is a 5 minute walk into the town of Castro Verde & close to both the west coast & Algarve.

SWIMMING POOL ~ Our uniquely designed Azul pool measures 11.5 x 5 meters and is a level 1.5 meters deep, ideal for even the non swimmers. Situated within the landscaped areas immediately to the front of the houses, with its elevated position providing a fantastic vantage point for the stunning southerly views. CASA OLIVEIRA ~ This country house is furnished to a high standard. It has a cool, spacious comfortable lounge and dining area complete with Wi-Fi internet access, a flat screen TV, Satellite, DVD, Radio and CD player. A selection of DVD's, books and board games to suite all ages. A well equipped kitchen with granite worktops, an electric hob and oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, kettle, electric juicer, toaster, an iron and an ironing board. Finished with white washed walls and beautiful brick arches. It has traditional terracotta floors throughout with wooden shuttered windows, high vaulted beamed ceilings and an open fireplace.

We accept the following payment: Sterling cheque or direct bank transfer and Euros direct bank transfer only. Exchange rate calculated at the point of reservation for the deposit and 1week prior to final payment date. We require your 40% non refundable deposit when making your reservation. Reservations are not guaranteed until we are in receipt of your deposit. The balance must be received 6 weeks prior to your arrival and we reserve the right to cancel a holiday where payment has not been received 6 weeks before the commencement date. All bookings made within 4 weeks of arrival must be paid in full. Once you have a confirmed booking, (for clarity you have emailed the booking form and therefore agreed Terms and Conditions and paid the deposit), you are responsible for the full rental cost even if you subsequently cancel. If you need to change your reservation we will try to accommodate, however if this is not possible we are unable to refund your deposit. Rate includes 6% VAT.
