Vacation Rental Description

Our spacious apartment, complemented by its high ceilings and lots of natural light, has been fully renovated to a very high standard and includes an entrance hallway, large bedroom with double bed and single sofa bed, the lounge with TV, hi-fi and balcony off, also converts into a second double bedroom. A second hallway leads to the bathroom, separate WC and fitted kitchen with dining area and utility room off. During our renovation we installed English sockets alongside new Polish ones and new wooden flooring.

We now also have a cot, complete with linen and a high chair.

Travel Info: The apartment is centrally located on the 2nd floor in a quiet residential street on the eastern edge of the old town. It is less than 10 minutes stroll to both the Rynek Glowny (main market square) and the old Jewish quarter of Kazimierz, made famous in Spielberg’s film Schindlers List. In both of these districts you will find an abundance of bars, cafes, restaurants, galleries and shopping. The night life in Krakow is lively but not boisterous and never feels unsafe. Most attractions and places of interest are within easy walking distance or a short tram ride away so cars are not necessary for this city break. A little further afield, yet still within easy reach for a day trip, are the Wieliczka salt mines (a UNESCO world heritage site), Auschwitz (the former WWII concentration camp), the Tatra Mountains for walking, hiking and winter sports, the Ojcowski National Park and two golf courses.

Rates are for the apartment for up to 5 people for bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Special offer 30% discount for a second week. For longer and business lets further discounts available by negotiation. £100 non-returnable deposit secures the reservation, with the balance payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival. We also ask for a £100 security deposit in the form of a cheque to cover breakages or lost keys. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your departure once the apartment has been checked. We accept payment in Pounds, Euro, Zloty and US Dollars via bank transfer, cheque or PayPal account, whichever you prefer.
