General information:
- Stavanger Sola Airport 15 km. Airport bus stops near the house (10 min. walk)
- Nearest ferry port is close (about 10 min. walk)
- Car not necessary. Parking restrictions in road. We only have 1 car parking space available on a first come, first serve basis.

APARTMENT 1 with 3 double bedrooms (sleeps up to 6)

- Bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, washing machine and hair dryer.
- Kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring cooker with oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and electric kettle, mixer, toaster and iron.
- The living area has a sofa, armchair and coffee table.
- TV with DVD and satellite TV with national and international channels.
- Dining area with table and seating for 5 people.
- 3 bedrooms: 3 double or twins (sleeps 6 people). Cot provided free of charge.
- Broadband Internet access

We also have APARTMENT 2 with 2 double/triple bedrooms (sleeps up to 6) & APARTMENT 3 with 1 double bedroom + 1 extra bed in living room (sleeps up to 3)

Payment: We accept payment by bank transfer into our Norwegian or UK accounts or via www.paypal.com (4% extra for this method to cover fees). We will issue an invoice in your chosen currency (NOK, EURO, GBP or USD).

Security Deposit: NOK 1000 / EURO 100 / GBP 100 / USD 150
A security deposit must be paid to secure your booking. The deposit will be refunded after the completion of the rental period and once inspection is satisfactory that the property has been left in same condition as found on arrival.

Final cleaning and one set of bedlinen and towels per person in the rental.
Free baby cot or high chair if required. Free broadband internet access in all our properties.

Parking:
Parking is restricted to residents only. If you need parking, you will have to pay in a car park or ensure you pay at parking meters on the road. You can also purchase daily parking permits. We have one parking space used on a first come, first serve basis.

Use of property:
No part of the property shall be used for any purposes other than as residential accommodation. Illegal or commercial activity is strictly forbidden. No more than the agreed numbers of persons are to be accommodated at the property.
