Do you like Peace, Wind and Water? Then consider renting our holiday home! Located on a small-scale park on the outskirts of Workum, Waterpark "It Soal", you will find our luxurious holiday home, suiteble for 6 persons, on large pieces of land (750sqm) with direct access to boating-, fishing- and swimming water. You can use your own jetty with ladder. You can discover Friesland from the water in our Wilhelmina cabin saloon launch 7.30m with 2 sleeping beds, 1 Toilet and a side- power thruster. Can you imagine anything greater than making lovely trips, and discovering the old villages and historical towns of Friesland?
Do you like the beach? In our holiday home you are on the first rank. The IJsselmeer-beaches are only 300 metres away. They are great for walking, (kite)surfing, flying kites, swimming, or simply enjoying the sun(set).
The holiday home has two parking spaces. The children will find a lovely new playground close-by.
50 metres from your home, you will find an excellent restaurant, which opens daily in the summer. In 250 metres, you will find a supermarket, where you can get fresh, warm rolls and the news paper every morning.
The home has two terraces, where you can enjoy the lovely view and soak up the sun. Because the Waterpark is peaceful, you will see many water- and meadow birds.
In the House you find an infra red Sauna with CD music, color- and aroma therapie.
Naturally, there is ample garden furniture available for you to relax in.
Pets are welcome and cost nothing extra.
The Bungalow is wheelchair friendly.
Wireless internet is available in your holiday home. Free use of waschmachine and dryer in the Bungalow.
Upon arrival, your holiday home is clean and the beds are already made.

Workum, the oldest city of the 11 Frisian cities, is a beautiful base to enjoy everything the province Friesland has to offer.
Living room
The ample living room (40 sqm) has a beautiful view of the water. Because of the large glass front the living room is very light and airy and it allows for a great look outside.
The living room is tastefully decorated and contains 2 comfortable sofas and 2 relax chairs, coffee table, dresser cupboard, side table, entertainment centre with TV, DVD and CD players, Internet: WIFI. You will also find many board games.
Kitchen
The large kitchen is adjacent to the living room.
The kitchen is fitted with all the equipment you could wish: dish washer, microwave-oven, large refrigerator with deepfreeze compartment, stove with 4 cookers, ventilation, electric kettle, sandwich maker, electric juicer and a Senseo coffee machine. There are enough cutlery and dishes for you to fill up the dish washer.
Dining Area
Of course there is a large dining area for 6 persons, with comfortable chairs.
Bathroom
The bungalow boasts two bathrooms, one is smaller and opens to the hallway, and one larger bathroom, which opens to the master bedroom. The smaller bathroom has a sink and a shower. The larger bathroom has two sinks, shower, toilet and a bubble bath. A separate toilet is located in the hallway.
The bungalow has a large storage space. Here, you will find things for babies: a play-pen, child’s chair, child’s bed.
There is also a life vest for children (10 to 15 kilos) available.
Bedrooms
The bungalow boasts three bedrooms; two doubles and one bedroom with a bunk bed. The master bedroom is adjacent to the master bathroom. The other double bedroom has doors to a separate terrace. All bedrooms are fitted with mood lighting and are equipped with an alarm clock.
Upon arrival, the beds have been made for you.
In one of the largest bedrooms, stands a infra-red Sauna with CD music, collar and aroma therapy.
Provincy Fryslân is a beautiful place to relax.

Activities
The villapark is focused on water and watersports.
Because Friesland has so much water, it is great to discover Friesland from the water. With one of our boats, you will go through narrow and wide ditches and canals to one of many towns and villages.
